My son is truly a miracle. He was born at just 26 weeks and had to be resuscitated, which caused a brain bleed that turned into hydrocephalus. He spent four months in the NICU and had repeat stays in Kalispell afterward until getting a tracheostomy at 1.5 years old. Since getting the trach, he has done more than doctors ever thought possible, and every day he continues to amaze us with his strength and determination. Recently, we received incredible news: my son was accepted into an intensive therapy program through Napa. The waitlists for summer sessions are very long, so this opportunity feels like a dream come true. We believe this therapy could help him continue his progress and, god willing, maybe even get him walking. Now, we are working hard to make sure we can cover the costs and give him the best chance at success. The funds raised will help cover the cost of the therapy, travel, accommodations, and bills while we are away from home for about a month.
