<div>I last held my daughters.  May 28, 2025, I have not seen Quinn or Quora in person. Not once. I missed Quinn’s sixth birthday. I missed Christmas. I missed an entire year of their lives.

<div>What started as domestic violence (strangulation, being thrown into walls, chased while holding my infant) quickly turned into something far worse: a coordinated effort that stripped me of my home, my business, and my children.

<div>I fought pro se for a year and a half with nothing but the truth. I submitted police reports, CPS letters stating no supervised visitation was recommended, negative drug tests, and clear evidence of abuse. It was buried, ignored, or twisted.

<div>I watched spliced court audio, unserved orders, missing stamps on documents, and a mediator report with authorship issues that was relied on anyway. I was removed from my own home while I was in court — labeled a trespasser with no proper lockout.

<div>And through it all, my daughters have suffered. I have audio of Quinn screaming for me on the phone. Quora, my sweet gil on the spectrum screams hysterically the moment she see my face on the screen. The adults on the other end heard it… and did nothing.

<div>This is no longer just about one bad ruling. This is about whether the process itself was ever fair.

<div>I am now in federal court under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, challenging the due process violations and systemic failures that took my children from me.
