 The Ballinameen Junior A team is delighted to have enjoyed a successful season to date and to have reached the King &amp; Moffatt Junior A Championship Final on Saturday, 17th October 2026
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 As you can appreciate, getting a team to a county final comes with significant costs. Ballinameen GAA is reaching out to the parish of Ballinameen &amp; Breedogue, along with our supporters, neighbours and friends of the club throughout Ireland and overseas, to kindly ask for your support with a donation, if possible.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Any money raised will help cover the considerable cost associated with preparing an adult team to reach and compete in a county final.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We fully understand that, in these times, not everyone may be in a position to contribute, but any support would be greatly appreciated by the Club, Team and Management.
</div>
<div>

</div>
<div>
 Best of luck to our players and management team in the final!

Ballinameen GAA Sponsership – Junior A County Final

<div>Ross died suddenly in service on 14th May 2024 at just 28. We are constructing a memorial garden in Davitt Road which we hope to complete in time for the anniversary. This garden will be named in Ross’s honour to commemorate all deceased members of NAS and its predecessors. We will be undertaking the works ourselves and initially hoped to raise around €2k to cover the materials but we have managed to undertake a far larger project as a result of your generosity. The more money, the more we put in. We will also be having an opening ceremony followed by a barbecue and beverages. Ross’s family will be present on the day. Your contributions are gratefully appreciated.

<div>On Saturday 5th of March, Mick and Michelle Cardiff were involved in a tragic accident. At the corner of Drumfinn Road and Drumfinn Avenue two cars collided, causing one to lose control and mount the path where Mick and Michelle were walking home. This awful accident has had a huge impact on alot of people in the community, especially Mick and Michelle who have experienced life changing injuries and undergone numerous surgeries. Unfortunately Micks leg was too badly injured that it had to be amputated. Both will have a long road to recovery, but thankfully they do get the chance to recover.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Mick and Michelle are very well known in the community of Ballyfermot for the selfless work they do. Between volunteering, fundraising, donating and working in the community its clear that they are both dedicated and passionate about helping other people and its time for the community to give back.
</div>

</div>
<div>In the coming months when Mick and Michelle return home, they will need alot of help, care and structural changes to their home. One thing they should not have to worry about is the financial impact of this. So if you are in a position to donate any money, please do. If not, please share this link with your family and friends.
</div>

</div>
<div>On behalf of the Cardiff family, I'd also like to take this opportunity to say thank you so much to every single person who has sent their best wishes and prayers. To everyone who has text, called, visited, wrote a card, lit a candle, dropped in a gift, all of your acts of kindness have not gone unnoticed and we are very very grateful. Thank you

Help support Mick and Michelle Cardiff

<p>We would love the support of our family and friends from near, far and wide to help us raise money for few charities that have touched our hearts along our journey of stillbirth. We hope to raise enough money to support The Bears of Hope charity , Heartfelt Photography and also Still aware organisation

</p>

<p>We lost our darling daughter Roseanna    to stillbirth at 41 weeks gestation. Our lives stopped in their tracks the day we were told there was no heartbeat. Our bodies froze in utter shock , as we shed tears of devastation. This was so far from our minds that something like this would ever happen to us, when we were so close to having our baby in our arms.

</p>

<p>These charities mean a lot to us as they <br />enabled us, as parents, to share memories with Roseanna that we will hold dearly to our hearts.<br /><br />The bears of hope charity gave us time to spend with Roseanna by previously donating a cuddle cot to Royal North Shore Hospital, this gave us precious time with our daughter.

</p>

<p>Heartfelt Photography charity came  to the hospital and took beautiful photographs that provided us with images <br />that will stay with us for a lifetime.

Still aware are an organisation who help create awareness around still birth and prevention around still birth, they also help to empower women to feel empowered throughout their pregnancy. The changes they have made over the past two years is amazing and we would like to help more with the current changes.
