A devoted father and loving partner was suddenly ripped away from his home—arbitrarily arrested and detained without evidence, and most important wrongfully arrested!! without access to a fair trial, and kept miles away from the people who hold him dear.Like so many caught in the crosshairs of severe local violent dangerous, communities. This family was forced to navigate an impossible reality: living in a community dominated by gang violence, where basic survival was an everyday "cooperate or die" struggle.Now, under sweeping state security policies and states of exception, thousands of civilians find themselves trapped in a rigid system defined by mass incarcerations, prolonged pre-trial detentions, and the total erosion of due process. They were promised a fair hearing within six months—yet four long years have passed in silence and separation, with no trial in sight.Forced to flee for her own safety while managing serious health struggles, a mother now carries the heavy weight of fighting for her partner’s freedom from afar. She refuses to give up, but fighting a broken system from a distance takes an agonizing physical, emotional, and financial toll: Navigating Corrupted Systems: High legal fees and emergency proceedings just to get basic answers from heavily compromised courts.Basic Human Needs: Providing monthly care packages—food, clean water, and vital medicine—to keep a loved one alive in overcrowded, high-risk facilities.
