HELP US SAVE TOBY THE STARVED ABUSED PUG. KIMBERLY FRESCAS from FABENS, TEXAS, WAS STARVING HER PUG TOBY - WAITING FOR HIM TO DIE. She neglected him, watched him deteriorate and starved him so he would die faster. TIED UP OUTSIDE IN EL PASO HEAT. When a weak stumbling pug was reported and sheriff went over there - wearing a BODY CAM - she SAID: "I WISH HE WOULD JUST PASS AWAY ALREADY." Toby is currently in intensive care at a 24 Hour Hospital being treated for complications resulting from starvation. The Pug Queen Foundation is covering his hospital bill which thus far is at $3529.02 but will rise by the end of the day. TOBY has a long way to recovery and we want to ensure his basic medical care is covered and he has a chance to live!!!! We would greatly appreciate your donations so we can give TOBY all the time he needs to stabilize. He has swollen intestines, diarrhea and critical blood values which may require transfusion. CHANEL IS A 5-MONTH-OLD PUPPY WITH A BROKEN NECK. Her only chance to LIVE is to have a life-saving surgery to fuse the break in her C2 vertebra. We are asking you to help us SAVE HER LIFE. She has been through excruciating pain and no puppy deserves this. We aren't sure how this break occurred. Previous owners claim she was hit by a car while their friends watched her.
