All proceeds will go to the funeral arrangements approved by both sides of the family. These two families are going through a huge tragedy and need all the help they can get. My cousin and his family were struck by a drunk driver. It killed all members in the vehicle, my cousin Xavier (23), his wife Melodie (21), Marcellus aka Marshmallow(2 going on 3), and Lezlie (1 going on 2). Melodie was also expecting, so another life was lost.

<div>July 2022 she got a perforation in her bowel caused by diverticulitis. They flew her to billings and this is what ultimately caused the need for the first surgery to remove the “dead” part of the bowel. She had this surgery in Williston. She unfortunately has continued to have complications. After the first surgery, she had an infection that caused a fistula that basically meant that she had to have the same surgery all over again. She went to Bismarck to have that surgery. After they removed her staples part of her incision opened up and she has had to have daily dressing changes. She recently had to have another surgery to remove another infection. She will need to have a wound vac for the next several months to heal this wound.

<div>Hi, my name is Scoti and my best friend and her family have recently received some devastating news about their two sweet babies. Asher (1) and Emberly (3) both have recently been diagnosed with a Mitochondrial disorder. A couple months ago, Asher got the flu and from there he started to lose his ability to hold up his head, roll over and sit up. He was admitted to the hospital early May where they did a brain scan. They found in his scan that the images were consistent with a Mitochondrial Disorder. With genetic testing they found he has a gene mutation of Leigh’s Syndrome called “Surf1”. They recently found out his life expectancy is 5 years old. After finding this out, their daughter Emberly started to have symptoms of shakiness and it was affecting her walking. She was taken to the childrens hospital as well where she was admitted and had an MRI and some other tests done. Her MRI shows consistent with a Mitochondrial Disorder as well. They are awaiting genetic testing for Emberly but Dr’s believe it is the same gene her brother Asher has as well. Due to Zach having to take off work for important doctor appointments and hospital trips I am making this to take any extra stress off of them. <div>This past Tuesday December 7th 2021 a tragic event occurred and Colleen's home caught fire. The fire was catastrophic. In addition to losing her home and all her belongings she unfortunately lost all three of her beloved dogs Stella, Coco &amp; Oz.

<div>We are trying to raise funds for Colleen to help rebuild what was lost regarding household items. Colleen did not have renters insurance so the ability to rebuild on her own is that much more daunting. Luckily, Colleen is safe and unharmed as she was not home at the time of this tragic event, however, there is nothing that can replace the loss of her three beautiful sweeties.

Colleen Henderson Fund

Sarah Phillips is a loving mother and married to Chris Pladson. They have been making their own unique mark on the music game in Colorado. Known as Sarah P and the Dirty Logger, they have been making people sing and dance to their favorite songs. With Sarah playing her signature acoustic guitar and wonderful country singing voice, she plays a wide variety of songs from Jonny Cash to Sublime. All the while being accompanied by her man Chris,  AKA The Dirty Logger, playing a cajon and filling in between songs by interacting with the crowds. They are one of the most well known local bands in the greater Castle Rock area.<br /><br />On the first of August Sarah went through a life altering event. She had a stroke. She temporarily lost the ability to talk and use her left hand. While in the hospital she went through a plethora of test and the doctors discovered that Sarah's heart is weak. So weak that they couldn't believe that she wasn't showing any symptoms prior to the stroke. She is in good spirits but may need a heart transplant if the doctors can't get the treatment to be effective.<br /><br />I am starting this go fund me to help Sarah and her family pay for the medical expenses. It's not an easy road ahead for her and her family, so let's take some of the worry off their shoulders. Anything will help. Thank you.

This is Briggs. Briggs became a part of my life only three months ago when I adopted him from Denver Dumb Friends League (DDFL). He was dumped at the shelter by his previous owner because they lacked the time for him. When I first brought Briggs home he was extremely timid of others, but we had an instant bond. Since that day Briggs and I are inseparable. We spent the better part of the last three months hiking, running, swimming and squirrel chasing. <br /><br />Last Friday my worst nightmare as a dog owner came true. Briggs snuck out our front door and was hit by a car at 8:30 that night. Terrified and injured, he ran. My friends came over and we created a search party for Briggs. Finally at 5am we were reunited. <br /><br />He was limping towards me with an ear piercing whine and I just knew that he was in terrible pain. I rushed him to the emergency hospital where we learned that his femur was completely fractured. The vet then informed me that he could undergo surgery to save his leg. <br /><br />To many people I understand a dog is just an animal, but Briggs has become an essential part of my family and absolutely irreplaceable to me. I have already spent a lot of money treating Briggs' superficial wounds and helping him with pain management and am hoping to receive donations to help with the cost of surgery. The surgery alone will cost $4000 dollars, not to mention the cost associated with physical therapy. I would be incredibly grateful for any support that you would be willing to offer Briggs and I.<br /><br />Thank you so much for taking the time to hear our story.
