I am a domestic violence survivor, and right now I’m living in sober housing, working hard to rebuild my life. Recently, my e-scooter was stolen, and before that, my husband took my car. These losses have made it incredibly difficult for me to get around and keep up with my responsibilities, especially as I work to maintain my independence and continue my recovery. Having reliable transportation is essential for me. I use my e-scooter to get to and from work and to make deliveries, which helps me support myself. Unfortunately, the bus line doesn’t cover all the places I need to go for work, and it takes three times as long to get anywhere without my own transportation. A new e-scooter would make a huge difference in my daily life, helping me stay employed and continue moving forward. Thank you so much for your support. I don’t have family or a big support system, so I appreciate it very much. It’s extremely hard for me to ask for help, but your kindness means the world to me. Every bit of support brings me closer to stability and hope for the future.
