When I was six, my adopted dad died of cancer. My mom did what she could—but emotionally, I was on my own. I grew up raising myself. Learning the hard way. Making mistakes. Watching the world to figure out who I was supposed to become. I didn’t have anyone to walk with me through those years—until much later in life, when I met two men who changed everything. They weren’t my father's. But they were mentors. Big brothers. The kind of presence that helps you see yourself when life has only shown you chaos. That’s why I created the #IGotYouProject To be what I needed when I was younger. To give young people the tools, love, and guidance they often don’t know they’re missing. We’re here to say, “You’re not alone. We got you.” With your help, we’re raising money to launch the first phase of the #IGotYouProject — a movement rooted in real care, real action, and real impact.
