<div>It is with profound shock and sadness that we share the sudden passing of Stephany Lok Poon. To know Stephany was to know a gentle soul, someone whose kindness extended to all. She had an unwavering love for her family and friends, and her passions for art and anime made her an admired artist in her community. Stephany’s joyful spirit, warm smile, and positive outlook on life touched the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

<div>Stephany is survived by her mother Alice, Alice’s partner Daren Schuck, sister Wendy, brother-in-law Jon, niece Olivia, nephew Conor, and her beloved dog Elliot. The unexpected nature of her passing has left a void in their hearts that is unimaginable.

<div>In this time of immense grief, the family is seeking financial support. Additionally, we hope to help Alice visit her family in Brazil and China, as the loss of her daughter, following the passing of her husband 11 years ago, has been particularly devastating.

<div>Early Friday morning, Stephany was tragically found in a crashed Honda Accord in Vallejo after shots were fired near Tennessee Street and Mare Island Way. She had suffered a gunshot wound and had to be extricated from the vehicle due to the severity of the collision. The investigation is ongoing to determine whether her death was caused by the gunfire, the crash, or both. Authorities have not yet determined whether this was a targeted attack or a random act of violence.

In Memory of Stephany Lok Poon: Family Support

<div>Our beloved Jourdan suffered a massive cardiac arrest and was found unresponsive, no heartbeat, not breathing on a trolly in Pacific Beach at approximately midnight on Saturday 10/22. Paramedics were able to start his heart after 20min of CPR. We don't know who found him on the trip trolly or rather CPR was started before the ambulance arrived, so it is unknown how long he was without oxygen and blood flow to the brain. We don’t have a lot of answers right now when it comes to the circumstances surrounding what actually happened that night, but we are working with a social worker to hopefully get some answers. Please be patient and out of respect hold onto your questions for now while we try to piece together everything.

<div>After an MRI on the night of 10/25 results revealed that Jourdan’s cerebral cortex suffered irreparable damage. That’s the part of his brain that allows him to move, speak, have feelings, make decisions, perceive things, talk shit, laugh maniacally - basically all that makes Jourdan who he is.

<div>At the time of writing this message (9:30am 10/27) he is still not officially declared brain dead. That is a diagnosis that must be confirmed by two doctors separately, but with over a dozen doctors and nurses on his case they are all saying it’s eminent. We should know more about the status of his brain in the next few hours.

<div>For now they’re keeping him comfy and medicated. He’s surrounded by the people who love him most - whether in person or over the phone. The universe is sending out its love to Jourdan.

Our beloved friend, brother, son and funny man Christopher Silvers left this world on January 19th, 2019. His death was unexpected, and has left a gigantic hole in our hearts. Chris was known for his great big bear hugs, his infectious laugh, his kind spirit and his "stupid human tricks".
