<div>Amanda Wakut was tragically murdered on June 21st, 2026, leaving behind her 7 year old son. Her life was cut short from all of the amazing achievements she had on the horizon.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Her family is now facing the unimaginable pain of saying goodbye, along with unexpected funeral expenses and the challenge of supporting her child. This loss has left her loved ones struggling to cover the costs and provide stability for her son as he navigates life without his mother.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Amanda loved her son Landyn more than anything. She not only taught him how to be strong, but all of her clients, friends, and loved ones. She always had a smile on her face and had a sense of humor that we will all grieve the loss of. She helped the people around her be better. Whether that was in perfecting their form, demonstrating dedication, determination, and excellence, or simply showing up when you needed a friend. She was a true friend that always had a helping hand or funny joke when you needed it most.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are raising funds to help with funeral arrangements and to offer financial support for her son during this difficult time. Every donation will go directly toward easing the burden on her family, ensuring her child has what he needs in the days ahead. Your kindness will help them focus on healing and honoring her memory. The family is doing their best to stay strong, but the emotional and financial strain is overwhelming. By coming together, we can help provide comfort and hope for her son as he faces an uncertain future.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Any support means so much to us right now. Thank you for considering a donation and for standing with this family when they need it most.

Support Amanda Wakut’s Funeral & Her Son

<div>Contributions will be used to create a memorial barber school scholarship fund in memory &amp; honor of Davion Flanagan.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Jaime Flanagan &amp; I am the mother of Davion Flanagan. My son was the ‘friend in the backseat’, a victim passenger along with his friend Dominic Russo, in the horrific Strongsville, Ohio car crash that occurred on 7/31/22. The terrible tragedy &amp; events surrounding this so called ‘Hell on Wheels’ case have been highlighted &amp; detailed by numerous news &amp; social media outlets, thus capturing the hearts &amp; attention of many nationwide &amp; even globally.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My son, Davion Flanagan, was a lifelong gifted athlete who was known for his infectious smile, kind heart, &amp; fierce commitment to friends &amp; family. Davion was a member of the Strongsville High School Football team &amp; served as the starting running back for the team during his graduating year in 2022. He loved sports of all kinds &amp; typically excelled at any sport that he tried. In addition to football, Davion competed in various sports year-round such as track, baseball, basketball, &amp; swimming. He ultimately focused his efforts around his love for football. He loved being part of the team, the physical challenge of being a running back, &amp; enjoyed every moment spent under the bright lights of the stadium. However, there were several summers when Davion successfully balanced grueling football practices in addition to serving as a much-loved volunteer coach for younger athletes in our local summer swim league. He was a true Strongsville Mustang at heart.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Davion also had artistic talent &amp; a passion for cutting hair. He enjoyed styling his own hair &amp; was known for giving himself, friends, &amp; teammates cool, fresh cuts. Davion planned to pursue barber school &amp; dreamed of opening his own barber shop in the future. He was working full-time after finishing high school to save money &amp; was in the process of applying to Allstate Hairstyling &amp; Barber College in Cleveland, OH with the goal of attending the Fall 2023 barber program.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Sadly, Davion was unable to fulfill his dream because his life was tragically taken from him. Davion died, along with his friend Dominic Russo, on 7/31/22. They were victims in a horrific car crash. The driver of that vehicle, Mackenzie Shirilla, has since been tried &amp; found guilty of murdering both Davion &amp; Dominic. She has been sentenced to serve 2 concurrent life sentences &amp; is eligible for parole in 15 years.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our family &amp; the community have suffered a devastating loss. Our families are heartbroken &amp; will never be truly whole again. So many hearts &amp; dreams were shattered that awful day in that horrific crash.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In the midst of this devastating tragedy, our family would like to attempt to create something good &amp; hopeful. We would like our son, Davion, to be remembered &amp; to be honored in a way that somehow contributes to joy &amp; goodness in this world. We hope to memorialize Davion’s life in a way that gives back &amp; that will carry on the love &amp; kindness that he himself carried in his own beautiful heart. The love that he wanted so badly for himself &amp; that he gave to the world around him.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to create a memorial scholarship fund to help future low income barbers attend &amp; achieve their dream. A dream shared by our son. The barber school program can be quite expensive. The $16,000 tuition may be financially out of reach for many young adults that could flourish if only given the opportunity. Our hope is to collect enough funding to provide an annual, full-tuition scholarship for the barber program at Allstate Hairstyling &amp; Barber College located in Cleveland, OH.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Davion had such a generous &amp; kind soul. He loved helping others &amp; went out of his way to show others that they were valued &amp; worthy. Davion would have loved the idea of giving back to the community in his name &amp; through this scholarship fund. This scholarship fund will help Davion live on forever in our hearts &amp; memories while also helping others achieve their goals &amp; dreams.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you so much for considering a donation to help memorialize Davion’s life &amp; to give back to the community in his name.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Love,
</div>

<div>Update: This gofundme was organized by Davion’s good friend, Hope Bedenik. The account has now been fully transferred over to the Flanagan family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Original Post: Davion‘s life was tragically taken in a horrific car crash on 7/31/22 that has left his friends, family, &amp; loved ones grieving.
</div>

</div>
<div>Davion was the most caring person you will ever meet. He was always there for you no matter what. The second you text Davion he was there to help you and talk to you always.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Davion had the brightest soul. He cared deeply for his family and friends and always knew how to make you smile and laugh. He will forever be an unforgettable person that was loved by so many.

<div>If you’re able to donate it would be greatly appreciated by his family. Davion will be greatly missed and forever in our thoughts and prayers. ❤️

Lyft driver, Antoine Latham killed in Cleveland

<div>We’re deeply saddened by the untimely passing of Sara and Kyle Greene. Sara and Kyle tragically passed on May 6, 2025. They are survived by their beloved two-year old son, Tucker.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We’re raising funds to help support current and future expenses for Tucker. Tucker is currently safe and healthy in the care of both Kyle and Sara’s families.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Sara and Kyle shared a deep love for their son and built a life centered on joy and laughter. Tragically, both Sara and Kyle passed while returning home from a trip to Disney World - an annual celebration with family for their son’s second birthday. It was a trip filled with love and magic, a true embodiment of who they are.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Sara will be remembered as an incredible mom, a generous and supportive teammate, and a genuinely inclusive friend.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Sara radiated a warmth and kindness that felt effortless—qualities we believe were deeply rooted in her love for her home and family, which always came first. She was a devoted mom and partner, exemplified by the rare sneakers she and Kyle had begun collecting for Tucker, long before his delivery date to the many adventures they went on as a family - her care, detail, love of being active, and excitement for her two favorite ‘dudes’ always shone through.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Sara and Kyle’s families are so appreciative of the outpouring of love and support they and Tucker are receiving.

<div>***This is the only approved GoFundMe for the Wood family***

</div>
<div>We are putting this GoFundMe together for the Wood family.
</div>
<div>To introduce ourselves:
</div>
<div>-Nasja Aude, Margot's cousin and Julian's aunt.

<div>-Dawn Silavent, Margot's dear friend.
</div>
<div>-Stephanie Massari, Margot's dear friend.

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are sick to our stomachs writing this…
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Many of you have been following this horrendous story online and have been asking what happened and how something like this could happen in our own neighborhood.. honestly we have no explanation as to how or why this happened... it was a random act of violence. There was no prior altercation, they did not know each other… this was a malicious random act. She has devastated our family beyond words…she took something from us we can never get back.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On June 3rd, 2024 - Margot (38) and Julian (3) were walking out of the North Olmsted Giant Eagle and they were followed to their car by a random woman. Prior to making her way to Giant Eagle the woman obtained a knife from the Volunteers of America in the same plaza. She then noticed Margot and Julian… While Margot was opening the trunk of her car to put groceries away the woman viciously attacked and stabbed both Margot and Julian. Medical and Emergency services were on site immediately... Margot and Julian were rushed to St. John hospital, but Julian's injuries were far too extensive and he did not make it.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our family is overwhelmed with sadness… and overwhelmed with the loving support the community has already provided us. This will be an incredibly long journey to recovery, but truthfully we will never recover - but we will continue to share stories about our beautiful baby boy, his laugh, his cheesy smile, his rambunctious attitude, his love of dinosaurs, his love of school, his obsession with his new baby sister and wrestling his big brother every chance he gets... and all the other beautiful things about that sweet little boy.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hundreds of people - friends, family, strangers have been reaching out, sending us love and kind words, and asking how they can help the Wood family at this time…if you feel inclined we are asking for donations to help with the cost of funeral arrangements and to cover any time off work…
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is something no person, no family, no mother, no father, no grandmother should ever experience. We urge you all to hold your babies close. This should have never happened.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please continue your prayers for our family, for Margot, baby Julian, Jared, his grandmother, his brother, and his sister, and pray our family receives some sort of justice.

North Olmsted Tragic Loss of 3 Year Old Julian Wood Fund

Hello, my name is Kamilla: when I was 17 and had been living as a foster child for most of my life, I was fortunate enough to be adopted by a loving family in Pennsylvania, my other siblings were too old to get adopted. Most of my family still lives in Ukraine, and during this horrific time, some of them were not able to escape. I have one brother and one sister still in the Ukraine. My oldest brother had been raising his two daughters by himself until he was called to fight against Russia.That leaves my oldest sister who is now caring for my two nieces one of them has special needs and the other being only 3 years old. We haven’t heard from my brother in a few days and we are trying not to make the worst assumptions. We are trying to get them food and appropriate clothing as they are cold and hungry, but we have a home for our family here. We are trying to get passports and visas for our sister and nieces so that it’s easier for them to get to us from another country. ANY HELP GIVEN HELPS KEEP THEM ALIVE AND A STEP CLOSER TO SAFETY.
