<div>We lost our house which was totally demolished during this war. We barely could survive with our lives. Didn't reach to take anything of our clothes and belongings.

<div>This event on it self came like a huge chock for Yazid and Yara. Without the family house every thing is different and difficult.

This what opened the door widely to pandemics and skin disease. That's why it became very demanding and expensive to keep our selves away from areas around.

Save the twins Yazid and Yara to a saver place

<strong>ITALIANO:</strong><br />Mi chiamo <strong>Luigi Aurisicchio</strong> e ho il privilegio di coordinare un fantastico gruppo di giovani ricercatori alla <strong>Takis s.r.l.</strong> di Roma (<a href="http://www.takisbiotech.it" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">www.takisbiotech.it</a> ) e sono il Presidente della no profit VITARES (<a href="http://www.vitares.org" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">www.vitares.org</a>  ). La Takis si è immediatamente mobilitata per la realizzazione di un vaccino contro il COVID-19, sulla base dell’ esperienza maturata nello sviluppo di vaccini contro il cancro e dell’uso di tecnologie di immunoterapia molto potenti. <br /><br />Stiamo lavorando ad una “<strong>vaccinazione genetica</strong>”, tecnica molto efficace e veloce, che permette una rapida attivazione del sistema immunitario, e che consente di adattare il vaccino all’evoluzione naturale del virus e alle mutazioni che accumula nel tempo. La Takis è tra le pochissime istituzioni al mondo <strong>riconosciuta dall’OMS</strong> che sta lavorando a questo ambizioso progetto, e abbiamo ben chiari in mente i requisiti di sicurezza per lo sviluppo di un prodotto farmaceutico. In questo momento ci sembra doveroso mettere a disposizione della comunità la nostra esperienza, e abbiamo già investito diverse migliaia di euro. Tuttavia, i passaggi successivi fino all'uomo saranno molto più costosi ed essendo una piccola Biotech, dovremo necessariamente fermarci. La velocità è essenziale: abbiamo già disegnato i prossimi studi e stimato i costi in circa <strong>2 milioni</strong>, che serviranno per la preparazione del vaccino in larga scala, gli studi richiesti dalle agenzie regolatorie e lo studio clinico che verrà effettuato in collaborazione col <strong>Prof. Ascierto</strong> all’Istituto Pascale di Napoli. <br /><br />La Takis, lo Spallanzani e il Pascale stanno dando un contributo enorme per fronteggiare questa incredibile emergenza sanitaria, e per proteggere la popolazione a maggiore rischio, come gli anziani, i pazienti oncologici e il personale sanitario. Per questo, stiamo cercando finanziamenti per aiutarci nello sviluppo del vaccino, visto che al momento non ci sono fondi Statali dedicati. Non c'è tempo da perdere: il nostro obiettivo è arrivare al più presto a testare nell'uomo <strong>il vaccino italiano contro COVID-19</strong> e aiutare<strong> l'intera comunità</strong>. Takis is one of the few institutions<strong> recognized by WHO</strong> in the world working on this project, and we are fully aware of the security measures to develop a human drug. We think it's our duty to the community to develop this project, and we involved a considerable investment. In collaboration with <strong>Spallanzani Institute</strong> in Rome, we have started the experimental validation of <strong>5 candidates</strong> for clinical development and will have the results by end April. The following steps to introduce the vaccine in man will be costly, and as a small independent biotech we are forced to stop. Speed is essential at this phase. We’ve already established the next steps and extimated costs in <strong>2 milllion</strong> euro for large scale production of the vaccine, the studies required by the regulatory agencies and the clicnical trial which will be conducted by <strong>Prof. Ascierto</strong> at Pascale Institute in Naples.<br /><br />Takis, Spallanzani and Pascale are making a huge contribution to dealing with this incredible health emergency, and to protect the population at greater risk, such as the elderly, cancer patients and health personnel.
