What Hannah cares about

I help local stray cats. I’ve taken in 9 (our absolute max). I also TNR. I don’t work with a rescue so most of this is out of my own pocket.

I’m Hannah. I have a deep passion and love for the local stray cat colony. Since moving here June of 2025 I have TNR’d >20 cats. I have found homes for 14 cats. A lot of this comes out of my own pockets (though I do get some help). Food, traps, vet care, etc. Recently I took in a kitten with an abscess that will need prompt vet care. His appointment is set for Monday. Our local humane society is full. Any donations greatly help and allow me to keep helping these strays/ feral cats. Thank you.
We took in an FIV+ cat that had previously lived in our house and had been dumped a few owners ago. He had a toe abscess that never healed with medical intervention. After I got home from work, I found that he acutely was unable to use either of his back legs. In cats, that can mean a lot of things, but all of them have a bad prognosis. We elected to euthanize our sweet boy. We still unfortunately owe for his euthanasia, which is a struggle when you have so many other living cats that need care. If you can donate, I would really appreciate it.

I took in this sweet kitty and he has needed a lot of medical care. I also have 8 other cats that I’ve taken off the street. All of this gets costly. Besides being a vet tech in an icu I also spend my free time TNRing the local cat population.

I took in this kitty and got him a decent amount of help. However he needs bloodwork and further vet care than we have funds for at this point. He is FIV+, febrile at 103.5F on last check, and having respiratory symptoms. He is one of hundreds in our neighborhood that need help. Please donate.
