Eric Dryden

Hello, my name is Eric Dryden and I am Jaclyn Dryden's husband. Today, Jaclyn underwent a double mastectomy in Milford, DE. She has been battling a severe case of rheumatoid arthritis that has devastated both her hands, one foot, and has now moved into her chest. This has left her disabled and in need of constant care. Our daughter, who has three small children of her own, will be staying with her around the clock until she heals, doing everything she can to help her mom recover. I was Jaclyn’s full-time caregiver until doctors found a goose egg-sized tumor in my brain. Now, I am disabled and in a wheelchair, staying at my daughter’s home, which thankfully has a wheelchair ramp. Jaclyn receives very limited assistance and a small disability income. I am currently waiting—possibly for 300 days—to see if I am approved for SSI. Without the income I used to earn caring for Jaclyn, our family is in dire straits. The costs of food, gas, dog food, and bills add up to much more than Jaclyn’s income can cover. If you are able, please donate, and if not, please share our story.
