Mea Shanks

My name is Mea, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my family after the recent loss of my grandpa, Robert “Bob” Shanks. Bob was not only a loving grandfather but also a proud Vietnam veteran who served his country with unwavering dedication. He was known for his big heart, his willingness to do anything for his family, and his deep love for the country he served. Losing him has left a huge hole in our lives, and we’re doing our best to honor his memory and legacy. Unfortunately, my grandpa’s passing has left us with significant financial challenges. We are facing funeral costs, unpaid taxes, and house bills that have piled up over time. Most of our family is unable to help, and aside from my aunt, the responsibility has fallen on us. The weight of these debts has put us at risk of losing our home, and it’s been an incredibly difficult time for all of us. The support from this fundraiser will make a world of difference. Every donation will go directly toward covering my grandpa’s funeral expenses, paying off overdue taxes, and keeping up with our house bills.
