<div>Justice for Simeon: Help Us Honor His Memory and Seek Answers
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On June 21, 2026, at approximately 10:22 p.m., our beloved dog, Simeon, tragically lost his life during an encounter involving a Bessemer police officer.
</div>
<div>Simeon was more than a pet—he was family. Born on August 19, 2020, he brought joy, companionship, comfort, and unconditional love to our lives every day. He was a loyal friend, a source of comfort, and a cherished member of our family. His sudden and traumatic loss has left us heartbroken and struggling to cope with the pain of his absence.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The events of that night have raised serious questions for our family, and we are seeking answers regarding the circumstances surrounding Simeon's death. In order to fully understand what happened and preserve the facts, we are seeking an independent veterinary necropsy (animal autopsy) and legal assistance to help us navigate the process of obtaining records, reviewing evidence, and understanding our rights.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Funds raised through this campaign will be used for:
</div>
<div>Independent veterinary necropsy and expert review
</div>
<div>Cremation and memorial expenses for Simeon
</div>
<div>Legal consultation and attorney fees
</div>
<div>Costs associated with obtaining records and documentation
</div>
<div>Other expenses directly related to pursuing answers and accountability
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This fundraiser is not only about covering expenses—it is about honoring Simeon's life and ensuring that his story is heard. We believe every beloved pet deserves dignity, and every family deserves transparency when faced with a devastating loss.
</div>
<div>We are grateful for every donation, share, and prayer during this incredibly difficult time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you are unable to contribute financially, please consider sharing this campaign with others who may be willing to help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for standing with us as we remember Simeon and seek answers regarding the tragic events of June 21, 2026.

Let's Fight For Simeon! Help us find the truth!

<div>Hi everyone.
</div>
<div>My name is Kat, and I’m raising money for a cause that means a lot to me. Two years ago I was faced with the very hard reality of having to rehome my dog Ozzy - there was a lot that led up to this and it was the hardest thing I've had to do but I knew it was the right decision for both of us at that time and especially for him. He deserved a peaceful place where he could have room to run around, have constant companionship, and a sense of freedom.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Unfortunately because of his behavioral challenges (he had generalized anxiety due in part to being fully deaf and in part to not being in the right environment for him - and I'm sure I contributed to that feeling with my own emotions no matter how happy and safe I tried to make him feel), I was not able to find any home or rescue that was willing to take him in because he was deemed "unadoptable" and his bite history, though minor, made him a liability to everyone I reached out to. I did not want to relinquish him to a shelter that I knew would mean certain euthanasia. I felt hopeless - until I came across Spirit Animal Sanctuary.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Alan, the owner at the time, was a longtime canine behavioral specialist and trainer and he built a sanctuary that was dedicated to saving dogs like Ozzy that would not be given a home anywhere else because of their difficulty adjusting or even one-off incidents. He worked with them on behavior modification. He knew every dog by name and they all loved him. He also never turned people or dogs in need away - this was a saint like quality; however, because he didn't seek out help himself, it also became very overwhelming for him. In his final years his health started to rapidly deteriorate due to cancer, and the sanctuary along with it. He had over 100 dogs in his care at the time of his death. Right before he passed, he signed the sanctuary over to his niece, Linda, who took it over and beared the burden of sorting through forgotten records, getting all the dogs to trust her, doing outreach, rebuilding and rehabilitating structures and dogs on the property, getting outside help, and going through hardship after hardship to make Spirit a better place for all of its residents - past and future. But the road continues to be long and hard - there is still so much work to be done to not just improve the living conditions on the property but just to maintain it, and to take care of all the dogs basic needs and vet bills, with pleading requests for new dogs coming in almost daily. Sadly, the funds SAS receives are very limited and dwindling.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The reality is, if the sanctuary does not receive the donations it needs to keep operating fast - they will have to close by the end of the year. And that means almost 100 dogs who have become accustomed to this being their safe haven, and endless more that would've ended up here, will be displaced. Some might be taken in by other rescues, but a majority will be euthanized. In this critical moment, I ask that you please donate anything you can. Every contribution, big or small, makes a real impact. If you can’t donate right now, sharing this fundraiser is also incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. It means the world to me.

<div>Many of you only know Stormy Daniels through the headlines; you’ve heard her described as a porn star, witness, victim, and villain. But as her friends, we would like to introduce you to the Stormy we know. Unlike much of the rest of the world, the descriptions we use to tell others about Stormy are mother, protector, advocate, equestrian, author, filmmaker, and friend. We often put "mother" first, not because that’s all she is, but because that particular job motivates everything else she does. As our friend, Stormy has fought an epic tale of David vs. Goliath, and we are the ones she has called, texted, and sought advice from. We have had front-row seats to the parts of this story that don’t fit neatly into click-bait headlines. You have gotten "Key witness in Trump case: a porn star," whereas those of us who really know her have seen the longer-running realities, like Stormy Daniels not knowing whether or not her family will have a home come August and calling us at midnight, tears in her eyes, trying to navigate a truly unprecedented situation.

We have also watched in horror as the justice system has continually failed our friend.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>One of the most powerful men in the world has been given every concession imaginable, while the misguided harlot is thrown to the side with a “thank you for your service” muttered under the breath of the collective conscience of our nation. We know that so many of you have wanted to support her but haven’t known how. Many of you have shown up in support at events, outside the courthouses, and sent thousands of emails sharing your gratitude for the sacrifices that Stormy has made to bring about justice and expose the tyranny happening in our nation. A day will come when all will be made right, but if history has taught us anything, sometimes those who sacrificed the most never get to see that day with us.

Stormy Daniels’ fight has just begun. Since the verdict was announced on May 30, 2024, she’s received countless death threats. The New York Post doxed her by leaking her home address, and the legal battles have just begun. It’s become unsafe for her family and her pets. Her horses have been shot twice now by protesters and even mainstream media paparazzi trying to provoke her out of her home. As if that’s not bad enough, Trump is still tangling her up in lawsuits in an effort to bleed her dry financially because his cult of minions will foot the bill for him to do so.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>
<div><span> Recently, Stormy was sent discovery documents to aid in collection of the attorney fee judgment. It is standard practice to request a list of assets, accounts, property, etc. HOWEVER, the forms Stormy was given also required that she provide her minor child’s personal information including legal name, father’s address and more. This information is not only a violation of a child’s privacy but has the potential of becoming very real and immediate danger. In response to her own doxing and fearing for her daughter’s safety, Stormy declined to provide those details unless a confidentiality agreement was granted. The court denied her request and a motion to compel hearing scheduled. No mother should be forced to choose between protecting her innocent child and being held in contempt of court.</span><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It would be easy to fill this page with countless details, anecdotes, and newspaper articles, but this is a simple plea. If you are here reading this, you are likely on one of two sides of this issue: you are a gawker who is simply here to mock and ridicule, or you are here because you have been a long-time supporter of Stormy and you want to know what actionable steps you can take to make a difference. If you are the latter, we want to make that very simple for you. We aren’t publicists or lawyers, just concerned friends who want to keep someone we love safe, that’s it.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div> Stormy needs help to relocate her family to somewhere they can feel safe and live life on their terms. She needs assistance to be able to continue to pay the mounting court fees so that Trump doesn’t just win because his pocketbook seems endless. To date, Stormy has had to foot the bill for all of this, and it has depleted her resources and savings. There is currently a $600,000 judgment against Stormy for Trump’s legal fees from a case that was dismissed. This is a coded action in an attempt to make her family lose their house and face homelessness or worse. It’s paramount that we prevent this from happening! Each dollar we raise will be a validation that we also care about Stormy and are willing to continue this fight. Trump may have a mega fundraising operation to keep him from facing consequences, but that shouldn’t mean that Stormy becomes the sacrificial lamb of a corrupt system.

Despite all of these setbacks, Stormy has continued in this fight because she firmly believes in this country, its possibilities, and what we can accomplish together as a nation if we hold firm to the principles of democracy which are the bedrock of our Republic.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div> Upon the closing of the Constitutional Convention, Benjamin Franklin was asked by a woman named Elizabeth Willing Powel, "Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?”

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div> “A republic, if you can keep it.”

Our Republic does not stand purely on the ideals of democracy but was built upon a promise, one declared on July 4th, 1776, that all people, created equal, should have the right to “pursue life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” If we allow Stormy, after choosing to stand up to the President of these United States, to lose her life, her liberty, or her happiness, then we have failed at the very foundational core of what this nation was built upon. Should we fail here, we fear, Doctor Franklin, that we have chosen now, some 250 years later, a monarchy.<br />

<div>With deepest regret and sadness I create this Go Fund Me Page and petition your help.

My name is Trenae Gayle and I created this GoFund Me for my Aunt, Ultra Marshall whose 9 year old son, Elyas Amyr Marshall-Rodriguez who was senselessly and tragically killed when hit by a school bus in Orlando, FL.

Elyas, was a resilient and energy filled boy with a joy of life. He overcame Lymphoma (Leukemia) cancer which he was diagnosed at the young age of two years old. Despite this grueling journey he always had a smile on his face and had been in remission. He truly was an outgoing, caring and loving child.

He loved football and had dreams of playing in the NFL. He was loved throughout his community in Waterford East by his neighbors and friends. His loss is truly unbearable and undeserving. My aunt will never be the same and in the wake of this tragedy she also has two other children to care and provide for.

One of her two children has Autism and is legally blind. Thus, I ask for your compassion and assistance at this time to assist my aunt.

The donations received will be used to cover the costs of Elyas’ home going services and for my Aunt, a single mother, to be able to manage living expenses, counseling and the well being of her family.

This is the only GoFund Me page and platform approved by the family requesting donations.

We appreciate your support and prayers.

<div>Vascular surgeons at Grady Hospital in Atlanta have diagnosed me as having three inoperable aortic aneurysms (upper and lower) one of which could rupture without warning at any time. I can do no heavy lifting and I have to keep a close watch on my blood pressure. My urologist is treating me for prostate cancer, and I have severe COPD which leaves me breathless just moving from room to the other. My wife, Amanda (Mandy), has been diagnosed with Cognitive Impairment (a progressive disease) and has been deemed "unable" to work. It's affecting her appetite and she is down to 87 lbs. We are in dire straits financially and trying to live off what I draw from social security. We are asking anyone who is able to donate, for help, no matter how small the amount. Thank you and God Bless you. Your prayers are welcome also.

To add insult to injury, this entire ordeal took place while Quatavious' mom was seeking legal assistance from a local attorney because she was having a difficult time getting her kids enrolled in school due their housing displacement. We are attempting to gain at least 3-5 months rental coverage, utility deposits, and anything to assist with personal hygiene items and other housing things that may be needed for Quatavious and his family.
