<div>Our compassionate and vibrant daughter, Michaela has been diagnosed with CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome), a bewildering neurological condition notorious for its severe and relentless pain, earning it the title of the most agonizing ailment on the McGill pain scale. Despite her love for sports, reading, art, all things associated with Harry Styles, and baking, her life took a devastating turn in May 2022 when she received this diagnosis. Our family hoped for answers and relief. However, we soon realized that CRPS is poorly understood, even within the medical community.

<div>Michaela deals with unbearable pain daily. She lost mobility in her legs for several months in 2022. She is now able to rely on crutches or a wheelchair for mobility. But she is still in excruciating pain. The simplest tasks can reduce her to tears and even gentle touches feel like a shower of sharp needles on her skin. In addition to the pain, she experiences swelling, bruising, discoloration, temperature sensitivity, fatigue, and insomnia. These 32 months have been filled with painful memories, and her condition has worsened as CRPS spreads through her body.

<div>As parents, witnessing our daughter's suffering is heartbreaking, especially when we have limited medical support. Michaela's battle with her own body is relentless and she pleads for relief from the unending pain. Despite no known cure for CRPS, we hold onto hope for remission. Unfortunately, due to her age, Michaela cannot use certain medications, and insurance limitations hinder most treatment options. With CRPS now affecting her entire body, she is no longer eligible for spinal stimulation. Our family has sacrificed everything we can, even losing our home due to overwhelming medical bills.

<div>Our current goal is to get Michaela to the Holistic treatment center in Boise Idaho for specialized treatment that has a remarkable track record in treating CRPS patients and is the only facility of its kind dedicated to this condition. They employ cutting-edge therapies performed by experts, including neurostimulation techniques and physical therapy ...spa ..so many techniques...all very impressive treatments!!! We firmly believe that this clinic offers the best chance to help Michaela regain the life she so rightfully deserves.

<div>So if you’re reading this unfortunately you are aware that our awesome friend Joseph Cross(JJ) has been battling an illness, and has been diagnosed with a very serious form of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.

<div>Unfortunately on March 9th JJ was admitted to the hospital at Tanner for severe pain, and after examination they discovered cancer in his lungs, liver, shoulder, pancreas, and hip.

<div>After being transferred to Piedmont Cancer institute we were given the promising news that this is a treatable form of Leukemia, however the road ahead is not an easy one. JJ is currently scheduled for five days a month of intensive radiation that will render him mostly unable to work, and needing assistance with basic needs.

<div>We understand everyone is tight right now, and would prefer not to ask anyone for assistance. But if you are in a position where you can support JJ during this time you’d be helping an incredible guy as he fights, and we’re certain eventually beats Cancer.

<div>Hello, my name is Kelly, and I am person in recovery. What that means to me is that I have not had a drink or mood altering drug since 04/03/2020. My sobriety date is 04/04/2020. Due to poor past life choices, I created situations which caused my children to be taken into custody and placed into foster care. I take accountability for those choices. I have worked hard to address the reasons that led to those decisions, and I continue to work each and every day to remain committed to my recovery and maintain my sobriety. I am heavily involved in my 12 Step program, which includes sponsorship, meetings, step work and service work. I am working certified peer support specialist in the state of North Carolina and I am dedicated to helping others find their own way out of the darkness in their lives.

<div>I recently appeared in a trial to have my parental rights terminated. I lost. And although I embrace acceptance and I have a faith in God above all else, I know that this was not the right decision. Recovery has taught me humility. I am begging in the most humble way possible for assistance in obtaining a lawyer in order to appeal this decision. I put this in God's hands, but I am going to do everything possible to fight this outcome until I can fight no longer. And whether it's now or later, I will look my children in their eyes and be able to tell them I never, ever gave up.

Funeral expenses for David W. Peters

<p>If you have met Zach &amp; Kira Hurt, you have at least encountered one blessing in your life. After giving birth to a beautiful red headed, blue eyed baby girl, Kira was suddenly diagnosed with severe heart failure and began retaining fluid. After many tests and doctors appointments, the doctors have diagnosed her with stage 4 heart failure. She will require open heart surgery to replace two valves on both sides of her heart. She has currently been out of work for over a year while Zach works seven days a week just to make ends meet.
