My name is Kaliyah, and I am reaching out for help for myself, my mother, and my sister. We are currently living in a very difficult situation at home, facing verbal abuse and domestic violence. Every day has become a struggle, and we know that the only way to find peace and safety is to leave and start over somewhere new. The cost of renting a home in our area is very high. Our goal is to raise enough to cover a year of rent, so we can have the stability we need to heal and rebuild our lives. The funds will go directly toward a security deposit, moving expenses, and monthly rent for a safe place where we can finally feel secure. Getting out of this situation would mean the world to us.
