Honestly, I had to set my pride aside to ask for help during this difficult time. My family and I have recently lost everything and are now struggling to find stable housing. My mother has never owned a home and relies on a limited disability income that only covers a portion of our basic bills, making it extremely difficult for us to afford a place to live. We have reached out to several churches for help, but were told we must be members in order to receive assistance. During this challenging time, we are simply asking for understanding, compassion, and any support that can help us get back on our feet and rebuild our lives.
