<div>April 18, 2024 my doctor told me I was so fat that my body was pushing on my heart and making my heart valves leak. I could die at any moment.

<div>I was 359lbs and 5’5. 
</div>

<div>Being 359lbs was excruciatingly painful! 
</div>
<div>My knees were in pain constantly!! 
</div>
<div>I have a herniated disk too so it was almost impossible for me to even walk!!

<div>I was getting dizzy spells all the time and honestly felt like I was on the verge of collapse.<span> </span>

<div>When my doctor told me I was in congestive heart failure I thought I might just drop dead in her office from fear alone!

<div>My doctor suggested I try mounjaro! I was borderline diabetic and if I didn’t drop weight fast, I could die. She thought tirzepatide would help.

<div>We immediately started the medicine! At that time though, my insurance would not cover the medicine so I was forced to go to a local weightloss clinic and purchase the first few shots out of pocket. This was over $600! I had to scrape up the money, which was extremely difficult, and I knew I wouldnt be able to continue to afford it at that cost. But my life was depending on it! I have a granddaughter to raise who depends on me! I have a husband who needs me! My life matters!

<div>I was so afraid I would have horrible side effects, but thankfully I did not. Nausea, yes!! Constipation, yes!! But it was worth it!

<div>I also decided to get completely sober and stopped drinking, cold turkey, that exact same day in April!

<div>I cut all sugar, fast food, sodas, alcohol and any type of snacky things out of my life. I concentrated on high protein, high fat, low carbs and lots of movement!! I also prayed for strength and guidance to get through the times when I thought I wouldn’t make it.

<div>Luckily, my insurance now covers my medicine! 
</div>
<div>It’s been over 2 years and I am so happy to say I now weigh 153lbs!! My BMI is 26%!
</div>

<div>My knees feel fantastic, and I am no longer in congestive heart failure!!!! I can walk LONG distances and I purposely park far away from the store when I shop!! 
</div>

<div>Because of my weight loss, I have found a renewed love for life!!

<div>I adore clothes and shoes and accessories and LOVE to make myself look nice!

<div> I’m 57 years young and want to look as great as I possibly can for as long as I can!

<div>I have decided to continue my phoenix transformation by changing into who I TRULY AM!

<div>Unfortunately though, <span>I cannot afford it! </span>
