He served as the band booster club president for many years at St. John's High School and Darlington High School, a provisional building inspector for the city of Darlington, and a residential home builder for many years. Daddy served in the community with various outreach programs, including the ministry he and Mama began—Restoration Outreach Ministries.

<div>After a battle with extenuating health conditions, he overcame them and moved to heaven on Thursday, December 30, 2021. Due to those same conditions, he's been unable to secure life insurance. His beloved wife of 43 years, Mrs. Annie, now requires immediate help covering funeral expenses. Pastor Henry L.
