I'm mother of Special needs son Samuel of 31 and I am 70 years old. Samuel has cerebral palsy and autistic spectrum diagnosis. He's on wheelchair and not speaking, but he is very social and love people be around. We are living on rental house property for last 10 years, and each month I was afraid it to be last one, if owner decides to ask us to vacate the house for their needs. Samuel and me in needs for place to call home, accessible for disabled person. I have many projects in my mine for him, which he very likes, if we have a house. He loves monkey bars to crawl up, and loves animals, chickens. He can't have it on rental property, the neighbor woman complained about noise to my owner of this house, and we got rid of it, sadly. We are in needs of place to call home, and we need money for down-payment for loan for some house.
