I need help after a long and painful journey with dental implants. In 2024, I trusted a dental professional to give me permanent teeth and a denture, but instead, I was left with temporary teeth and broken promises. The doctor who started my treatment abandoned my case and no longer works for the company. Since then, I've faced setback after setback—broken implants, swallowing pieces, and being ignored when I needed urgent care. Emergency visits could take up to five days, and I always had to be the one to reach out for updates. When I called or showed up, the staff acted like they didn't know what was next for my treatment. I was made to wear temporaries that were uneven, too small, or too big, making it hard to talk or even smile. When I was told my permanent teeth were on rush order, I later found out they lost them. I stayed patient and even reported them to the Texas State Board of Examiners. After that, I tried to work out a plan, but was told the dentist was gone and the new dentist wouldn't finish the work. I received a refund and was told to find someone else. I got several second opinions, but was told the implants used were unknown brands and I'd have to start over, which I can't afford. I trusted this professional and business, gave them everything I had, and now I'm left without teeth, no smile, no self-esteem, no trust, and no life. Having the funds will help me get new dental implants, restore my smile, and regain my confidence. I won't have to put my life on hold, and I'll be able to talk to people without feeling ashamed.
