Mark was an 18-year-old with a bright future ahead of him. He had recently obtained his GED and was truly aiming for the stars, inspiring those around him with his determination and hope. Tragically, Mark’s life was cut short in a senseless crime in Eufaula, Alabama, leaving his parents, Yolanda Lynn and Mark Rumph, and the community heartbroken and searching for answers.

 As a concerned local citizen, I am organizing this fundraiser to support Yolanda Lynn and Mark Rumph as they face the unimaginable pain of losing their beloved son. The sudden loss has brought unexpected burial expenses and the need for emotional support as they begin to process and heal from this tragedy. In addition to funeral and memorial costs, the family will need help with therapy and daily living expenses during this difficult time. We also hope to honor Mark’s legacy by starting a scholarship in his name, so his dreams can continue to inspire others.

<div>I have some difficult news to share with you about Corissa Duck. 

</div>

</div>

<div>Corissa was getting ready to go to hockey camp this week and was already packed and ready to go. The day before she was to leave for camp, her mom took her to the doctor as Corissa was not feeling well for the past week with headaches and nausea.  The doctor immediately sent Corissa to the hospital for tests and they subsequently transferred her and admitted her to a specialty hospital. They did scans and discovered a tumor in the back of her head with some spreading to her neck.

<div>This will require immediate surgery to remove the tumor, which will take place this week. Afterwards, tests will be performed to determine next steps. 

</div>

<div>As many of you know, Corissa was set to begin boarding school at Lovell Academy in Massachusetts next month, where she was going to play on their hockey team.  That is not possible any longer and Corissa will not be allowed back on the ice for some time, and need to stay home for treatment. 

</div>

<div>We are all praying for the best, and ask everyone to join us in supporting Corissa on this challenging journey, and sending her positive energy to fight this battle.

<div>Needless to say, this will also be an expensive battle for the Duck family, and Corissa’s Mom Stephanie will need to take leave from work shortly which will put additional financial strain on their family.

Donate to help Corissa Duck get back on the ice

<div>  This Beautiful Young Lady is Madison, she is the 18 year old daughter of Dave Schnabel, one of our co-workers at the PACE site. Madison is currently putting up a very tough fight against childhood Leukemia. 
</div>
<div>  The PACE Team has been following Maddie with a lot of love and hope through her ups and downs over the past couple of years since her diagnosis at age 16.  
</div>
<div>  Maddie’s brave and incredibly tough fight had gotten her to the point where she had nearly completed her chemo-therapy, but unfortunately she recently had a setback which has temporarily stopped her treatment, and put her back in the hospital for a period of time.  
</div>
<div>  However, nothing will stop this young lady, we have every confidence that Maddie will win this fight. 
</div>
<div>  Maddie’s tenacious fighting spirit, and the love and support of her family and her many friends, will pull her across the finish line, and she will beat this terrible childhood cancer.   
</div>
