 My name is Jessica, and I live in Arizona. I created this fundraiser on behalf of my family friend, <strong>Abdullah, whom I know personally and communicate with regularly.</strong> Funds raised will be used to support Abdullah's essential living expenses, medical care, and university education.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 <strong>Abdullah is a compassionate young man whose dream is to become a dentist.</strong> Despite living through prolonged humanitarian hardship, he remains committed to his education while doing everything he can to care for his family.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Abdullah lives with epilepsy and requires ongoing medical treatment. His parents also have chronic health conditions and need regular medication and medical care. In addition to caring for his family, Abdullah looks after his beloved cat, Adriana, and her three surviving kittens after heartbreakingly losing two because veterinary care was beyond his means.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 <strong>The ongoing conflict has created significant financial hardship for Abdullah and his family, making it increasingly difficult to afford food, clean drinking water, medicine, and other everyday necessities.</strong> Continuing his education has also become an enormous financial challenge, yet he remains determined to complete his degree and build a better future.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Donations will be used to help provide:
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Food, clean drinking water, and other basic necessities
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Medical care and medication for Abdullah and his parents
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 University tuition and education-related expenses
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Food and veterinary care for Adriana and her kittens
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Other essential living expenses as needs arise
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Every donation, no matter the size, helps provide stability, dignity, and hope for Abdullah and his family. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser is another meaningful way to help. Thank you for taking the time to read Abdullah's story and for any support you are able to give.

Help Abdullah and his Cat Survive

<div>
 Hello everyone, it's been a while since Sam and I last posted, so we wanted to reintroduce ourselves to provide a pressing update. Life has moved quickly, and while I've made progress regarding my medical prognosis, my fight isn't yet over. Sam and I are reaching out today with a heavy but hopeful heart to reopen my story. So many of you stood by us during our initial hurdle, and we deeply thank you.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 <strong>I’m afraid that we've hit a new, unexpected roadblock: my doctors have found that my liver is failing due to an aggressive syndrome associated with my leukemia.</strong>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 <strong>In hopes of stopping the scale of liver degeneration, I'm preparing for a new, advanced cycle of intensive chemotherapy, including enzymatic infusions, twice a week for 8 weeks.</strong>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 <strong>Given this critical development, Sam and I are reopening our campaign and kindly seeking your support to stand with us once again.</strong>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 If you are able, we would be deeply grateful for any monetary contribution helping us reach our goal of $2,500.
</div>

Reopening campaign for assistance to cover new treatment

<div>Hi I am Salah, I will taking you on a journey to know my family story .....
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79474507_1715815072547151_r.jpeg" width="100%" />

<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Dear World,
</div>
<div>My name is Salah, I had recently graduated from engineering college with dreams of building a better future for myself and my family. But as the conflict escalated, my hopes were dashed against the harsh realities of a city torn apart by violence.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I write to you with a heavy heart with concern and fear for the safety of my family and loved ones. As the conflict in Gaza intensifies, the threat to my family lives grows exponentially each passing day. I am reaching out to you, the global community, in a desperate plea for assistance in evacuating my family to a place of safety.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Allow me to introduce you to my family, the very core of my existence:
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79474507_1715807733651118_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79474507_1715807885193308_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My family, consisting of my parents, one brothers, three sisters, a sister-in-law and two nieces were trapped in the midst of the conflict. My oldest brother, who had recently married, had his dreams of starting a family shattered as their home was reduced to rubble before his newborn daughter could even take her first breath. Born in the midst of a war-torn night, the baby suffered from malnutrition and disease, her fragile existence hanging by a thread as the hospitals struggled to provide adequate care amidst the chaos.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79474507_1715637403347706_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />

<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Similarly, My oldest sister , after five years of marriage and countless trials to have a baby, finally welcomed a baby into the world, only to be met with heartbreak as the child was born with a rare hip condition. The necessary medical device to aid her was nowhere to be found in Gaza, blocked by the ravages of war and conflict.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79474507_1715636585646006_r.jpeg" width="100%" />

<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My sister Ayah, a junior doctor stands tall, a beacon of resilience and compassion. Her selflessness inspires us all, reminding us that even amidst the rubble, the healing power of kindness and dedication still shines bright.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>She refused to lose hope. With unwavering determination, she threw herself into her work, tirelessly providing medical care to those in need in the makeshift shelters that had sprung up amidst the chaos.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79474507_1715808640655819_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div>.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>My youngest sister Mira , was the heartbeat of the family, her energy and bright spirits a source of solace amidst the darkness of war.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>She is a bright star in her studies, dreamed of becoming a doctor herself, only to have her aspirations crushed by the destruction that tore through their lives as she cannot complete her education.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79474507_1715814112191216_r.jpeg" width="100%" />

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our home in Gaza was a place where the walls echoed with the sounds of family gatherings, where the aroma of home-cooked meals filled the air, and where the warmth of our shared bonds enveloped them like a comforting embrace. It was a place where we laughed together, cried together, and weathered life's storms as one.
</div>
<div>Our once vibrant home, filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories, now lay in ruins, a testament to the cruel reality of war.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/79474507_1715638177906565_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now my family are living in a tent which is a daily struggle against fear and uncertainty. The canvas walls offered little protection from the relentless sounds of bombings and gunfire that echoed through the air. Each night brought the haunting reality of not knowing if the next explosion would tear through the fragile shelter, forcing them to flee into the darkness. Amidst the chaos, simple tasks like finding clean water and food became monumental challenges, as resources grew scarce amidst the devastation.
</div>
<div>This Photos from the place where my family are trying to live.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>My heart remained heavy with worry for my family's safety. With each passing day, the danger grew ever closer, threatening to tear apart the fragile bonds that held them together. And as the war raged on, I found myself grappling with the agonizing uncertainty of whether they would ever find safety and peace again.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My family is among those who find themselves trapped in Rafah, unable to escape the relentless bombardment and chaos that engulfs their community. Every passing moment brings with it the threat of further danger and devastation, leaving my loved ones in a state of constant fear and uncertainty.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But amidst the despair, there is a glimmer of hope. I am determined to evacuate my family from the danger zone, to give them a chance at a better life away from the horrors of war. However, I cannot do this alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I implore you to join me in supporting my cause. By sharing my story and donating to my GoFundMe account, we can help raise the funds needed to evacuate my family to safety. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference in their lives and bring them one step closer to freedom.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Although the crossing/border is closed and under siege - I want to be clear that I am still raising funds to help my family and to build a beautiful life they deserve. Insha'Allah the border will open up again. In the meantime, we do need to keep sharing her link and donating what we can.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you all for being there and for caring. My family feels your love and support. Please pray and keep them in your dua's. They are in need of our love more than ever.

Help Salah's Family to survive urgent request from Gaza

<div>Allow me to introduce myself and the purpose of this GoFundMe , which is to shed light on my journey and the support I seek to rebuild my life , and fulfill my dreams of becoming a dentist by pursuing my dental education .m sara Aldanaf—a Gazandentist, , a genocide survivor of unspeakable tragedy, . I am more than just a name; I am a symbol of courage and resilience in the face of adversity. For 24 years, Gaza was my home, my sanctuary even while wetnessing 7 wars , But when the last war raged on, I was forced to flee, leaving behind everything I held dear. Now, I seek refuge and a glimmer of hope amidst the rubble of my shattered dreams.You leave Gaza, but Gaza never leaves you; this is a saying I have been hearing my entire life, I never felt it would be true until I actually lived it. Just like any other family, we survived a lot together and had our happy moments and sad ones, but unlike any other, we also lived through wars and truces. I wish I hugged each one of them harder; I wish I had taken more photos and looked at them again and again.

Yes, we are a big family of hardworking and aspiring minds, with not a single moment of calm which I cherish now more than ever and hopefully will be restored. This genocide has taken our house, and our achievements, and hopefully will not take their dreams or the rest of their lives.

<div>The girl you are seeing in this photo is Little granddaughter Eileen (3yearsold). the joy of the family. I miss her so much it hurts that I can’t hug her while trembling from fear, help her unhear the bombings or unsee the destruction and death scenes she has been through. She should not be in such terror, living on canned food, having multiple episodes of gastroenteritis in one month or wishing for candy, as is the case for all children in Gaza.

Help save My Family in Gaza

<div>Hello humanity, I plead for assistance for my brother stuck in Gaza, unable to leave, enduring unthinkable crimes against humanity. The entire population is experiencing indiscriminate bombing, shootings, destruction of 80% of buildings, destruction of water wells and plants, little to no access to food that isn't extremely over-priced, and more. We are their only support as they survive this catastrophe with no money for outrageously priced food, aid, no shelter from the elements, no medical clinics or hospitals, no fuel, electricity, denial of anything for survival..
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/85291035_1739851266438276_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div>From Yasser:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Yasser, I am 24 years old, and I am from Gaza. My life, along with my family’s, was peaceful and secure in our modest home until October 7th, a day that turned our lives upside down. On that day, the occupation forces completely destroyed our home, forcing us to flee under bombardment and fire.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Initially, we moved to Al-Bureij, but we found no safety there either, as we were bombed again. We had no choice but to flee once more, this time to Al-Zawaida camp at my aunt’s house. However, even there, we were not spared from the intense bombing. Life was unbearable, surrounded by destruction everywhere.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We decided to escape to the south, to Rafah near the Egyptian border, hoping to find a safe haven. But after yet another attack on Rafah, we were forced to displace again to the central region. This was the fourth time we left everything behind, trying to survive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Everywhere we go, we suffer from repeated displacement, continuous bombing, and the omnipresent scent of blood and death. We have lost many loved ones. I lost my uncle, his six children, and his grandchildren in one bombing. My aunt and her entire family perished in another attack. One of my uncles was killed along with his wife, and one of their children was severely injured. My other uncle also lost his life, his wife was seriously injured, and their children were lost during an attack on Gaza.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Today, I live in constant fear of losing my parents, my brothers, and my sisters. My family consists of nine members: my father Osama, 56, my mother Sabreen, 47, Areej, 21, Malk, 17, Menna Allah, 15, Rimas, 12, and Mohammed, 10. We are trying to survive in merciless conditions, and we need your help to escape this nightmare.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/85291035_1739851138155591_r.jpeg" width="100%" /><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/85291035_1739850340907304_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please, help us find safety and start a new life away from this violence and destruction. We need your support to save our lives and rebuild our future.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/85291035_1735440976165880_r." width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>There, our home was here. Our dreams were here. Our memories were here. Suddenly everything became rubble. Our memories and dreams are still stuck between the walls of this marginalized and destroyed house. My family and I are still searching for safety. Please help us to save ourselves and see a safer and better future for us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/85291035_173544117094028_r." width="100%" />
<div>Here was Al Salam Street. Nothing was like before. Everything has become rubble and destruction has prevailed
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After the occupation destroyed our beautiful house, we were in a tent in which we were sleeping on the ground, suffering from the intense heat inside, biting insects, and also polluted water leaking from its sides. There was nothing healthy in it. How long have we been like this? We have become among the dead due to the bad situation here. Please. Save us by donating to us so that we can have a better life and a good future for our children
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/85291035_173544119669700_r." width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Here we spend moments making a cup of coffee as a way to make it easy for ourselves, but the temperature and lighting a fire inside the tent makes us forget the delicious taste of coffee, so things become complicated. Even with drinking coffee, nothing is like before. A cup of coffee was one of the priorities of our day and still is, but Who brings back our days and our previous feelings of drinking it. I wish everything would go back to the way it was before. Diaries inside the tent. Diaries of a displaced person like this. It has become our address wherever we appear.
</div>
<div><br />

<div>Your support is their survival. God willing, we see Yasser and his family survive this genocide and help finances not be a worry while doing so. :) Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading Yasser's story who is like a brother to me. - Chelsey, from Texas, 30 yrs.

<div>This is Lucy, Yasser's dear baby that was part of their family. I watched him bring Lucy everywhere, anytime they were displaced, literally walking with her in his arms through the rubble roads and danger, trying to find a place to sleep. I watched Yasser feed her food that he could've saved for himself, but he loved her sooo. I watched him lose her due to the starvation. Rest in peace sweet precious Lucy.

<div>Hello to all compassionate people out there. I am 27 y.o. Ali Alladaa from Gaza. We are a family of 4: my father 65 y.o., my brother Salama 24 y.o. and my sister Naama 35 y.o. But now all my other brothers and sisters with their families moved in our house, because their houses became completely unhabitable. 60 people in 3 bedroom house.Unfortunately I lost my mum due to this horrific war. She had cancer and it was not possible to take her to any functional hospital for treatment due to bombadment. We couldn't help her and she suffered a lot in agony as it was no even painkillers , and passed away.
</div>
<div>Before the war i used to work in the clothes store.
</div>
<div>We live in Northern Gaza, has been displaced 2 times. Like many of us, we came back to our damaged house with no running water and electricity and absolutely zero income. We found ourselves trapped living in this nightmare. Every moment is a battle for survival, with constant threat of violence. We are exhausted physically and mentally and we dream of nothing more , than to escape this horrendous reality and to find safety. Rafah Crossing is closed now, we don't funds no chance to escape this war. We are trying to raise funds for immediate survival: food, water, medicine, toiletries.
</div>
<div>We would be very grateful to you to help us to raise funds to survive this horrendous circumstances. Please donate, no matter how small the amount, and share on your social media. Thank you so much for your compassion and humanity in our darkest hour.

PLEASE HELP ALI'S FAMILY FROM NORTH GAZA TO SURVIVE

<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We decided to escape to the south, to Rafah near the Egyptian border, hoping to find a safe haven. But after yet another attack on Rafah, we were forced to displace again to the central region. This was the fourth time we left everything behind, trying to survive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please, help us find safety and start a new life away from this violence and destruction. We need your support to save our lives and rebuild our future.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

</div>

<div>Here was Al Salam Street. Nothing was like before. Everything has become rubble and destruction has prevailed

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hi All,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>my name is Aileen Hiralal and I'm a Dutch citizen living in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. My friend from Gaza is trying to raise funds to get his family out of Gaza or to restore their home if they are allowed to return. Due to their geographical location and the restrictions from GoFundMe as well as PayPal I am stepping in to help launch this campaign. All donations will go directly to Ahmed and his family. Please support if you can, any amount, however small can help bring his family on a journey to safety.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Below the story of my friend Ahmed Alashi and his family:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am Ahmed Alashi (<a href="https://www.instagram.com/ahmed_alashii/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">instagram</a> ), a 23-year-old software developer, and dreamer from Gaza's once vibrant but now shattered streets. My world, like that of my family, has been turned upside down by a relentless war that spares no one.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/77456189_1704376472703195_r.png" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In this poignant photograph, captured on the day of my graduation from the Islamic University of Gaza, I stand proud as a symbol of resilience and achievement. With a Software Development degree in hand and the honor of being the first in my class with a GPA of 95.71, the joy and sense of accomplishment radiate from this moment. Little did I know that the backdrop of this milestone would soon be marred by the devastating impact of war. As the conflict unfolded, dreams were shattered, and the very foundation upon which my aspirations were built crumbled. This image encapsulates not only the triumph of educational success but also serves as a visual narrative of the stark reality that war has the power to dismantle the dreams of individuals striving for a better future.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our family home in the Tal-Elhawa in the Gaza Strip, once a haven of laughter and love, now stands fractured and marred by war's relentless touch. Each corner of destruction around us is a stark reminder of the peace and tranquillity that seem like distant dreams. Within these broken walls, my family, encompassing my parents, siblings, and young nephews, clings to fragments of hope. We live with the constant fear of getting lost in the rubble or succumbing to the relentless barrage of rockets.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This war has not only demolished our physical abode but has also shattered our pillars of education. The university where I studied Software Development and graduated from being the first of my class now lies in ruins, a poignant symbol of our shattered educational aspirations. My siblings, once eager to embark on their educational journey, now stand at a crossroads, their paths to learning and growth obscured by the debris of war.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In Gaza, the birthplace of my dreams, the scenery has been permanently altered by war. This war has taken from us much more than our homes and familiar surroundings; it has also robbed us of cherished friends. Each loss has taken a toll on my spirit, gradually fading the future I had imagined for myself and my family in these turbulent times.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/77456189_1712499508668991_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As we confront this harsh reality, we are preparing to embark on a journey towards new beginnings, guided by faith and hope. The cost of this journey is daunting. To relocate 14 members of the Alashi family, including my elderly parents, my four sisters and the little ones, we need between $5,000 and $6,000 per person (<a href="https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2019/12/23/palestinians-paying-thousands-of-dollars-in-bribes-to-leave-gaza" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">source for evacuation costs</a>, see bottom of the campaign for complete list of the names).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The breakdown of these costs includes - per person:</strong>
</div>
<ul>
<li>Passport fees ( ~$2000)
</li>
<li>Official and unofficial border fees (~ $5000).
</li>
<li>Travel Expenses from Gaza to Egypt (~ $2000)
</li>
<li>Rent and Initial settling-in expenses in Egypt: $3000
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This campaign extends beyond a mere request for financial support; it is an impassioned appeal for compassion, empathy, and unity. It seeks not only monetary aid but a collective understanding of the challenges faced.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>IMPORTANT: </strong>My sister is battling chronic asthma and type 2 respiratory failure and she urgently needs care. Her oxygen tank has to be refilled everyday to ensure that she receives enough oxygen in her blood. Your support can make a world of difference in her fight for health and well-being.

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for being a beacon of hope in these challenging times and this dire situation.

<div>We are ready to offer further details, answer queries, and if needed, share documents to confirm our situation's authenticity and urgency. You can reach out here or on Instagram (<a href="https://www.instagram.com/ahmed_alashii/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">instagram</a>).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>PS.</strong> We are aware that the total cost far exceeds the goal we have set for this campaign. We have determined this amount with the hope that it will cover the most critical expenses. Our family is committed to contributing as much as we can from our resources to bridge any gaps.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>UPDATE:</strong> Originally initiated for the urgent evacuation process, this campaign served as a lifeline during times of uncertainty. However, should a ceasefire occur before our successful evacuation to Egypt, the collected funds will seamlessly transition towards the critical task of rebuilding our decimated home in Gaza. The adaptability of this campaign reflects the unpredictable nature of our circumstances, ensuring that every contribution made by our supporters remains dedicated to the overarching goal of restoring stability and rebuilding lives. Your continued support is the driving force behind our resilience and determination in the face of adversity.
