I started a Facebook group for Owner Operators looking for Dispatchers, and I’ve been amazed by how quickly it’s grown. Every day, more people want to join, and it’s become clear that there’s a real need for a safe, supportive space like this. As the group creator and moderator, I spend time each day reviewing membership requests and posts to make sure only genuine participants are allowed in. This helps keep scammers out and ensures that everyone can benefit from the group’s resources and connections. Moderating the group means I’m constantly approving or declining requests and posts, making sure the community stays valuable and trustworthy. It’s a lot of work, but I’m passionate about helping Owner Operators and Dispatchers connect and support each other.
