My friend has been through more than anyone should have to face. After surviving cancer, he found himself struggling with addiction to fentanyl and suboxone. Even though he’s tried to get better, he keeps going back to fentanyl, and it’s slowly taking a toll on his life. He’s the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back—one of the nicest, funniest people I’ve ever met. Right now, he’s in a really tough spot, and I’m scared for what might happen if he doesn’t get help soon. He doesn’t have any family to turn to, and only a few people he can really count on. I wouldn’t even call most of them friends, but I was lucky enough to work with him and see what a genuinely good person he is. He deserves a chance to get healthy and happy again, and I want to do everything I can to help him get there. All of the money raised will go directly toward covering the costs of rehab.
