We need help covering her medical expenses because the medications are expensive, and we have very limited resources. She lives in the village of Canaan, Amates, Izabal, Guatemala, which is far from any urban area. We have to walk a long distance to get to town, and sometimes the river floods, blocking the road and preventing us from leaving the village.
