We’re the Scottish U21 Women’s Hockey squad, and in 2025 we made history. By winning the European Championship II in Konya, Turkey, we secured qualification for the Junior World Cup in Santiago, Chile—the first time a Scottish team had reached the tournament since 2005. It was a landmark achievement for Scottish Hockey, and now we have another opportunity to make history. This summer, we will compete at the European Championships in Spain with the goal of qualifying for the 2027 Junior World Cup. Representing Scotland on the international stage is a privilege that we never take for granted. Our squad is working tirelessly to prepare for the challenge ahead and to compete against Europe’s top nations. However, attending training camps and competing internationally comes with significant costs, including travel, accommodation, transport, support staff and tournament expenses. We are committed to ensuring that every player has the opportunity to be part of this journey, regardless of financial circumstances. Your support can make a real difference. This is a massive opportunity for Scotland as we aim to reach the European A Division and Qualify for the World Cup. We’re training hard and can’t wait to represent our country this summer.
