<div>There are over 11,000 restaurants in the state of Minnesota, with it being the nation's most diverse industry in America (National Restaurant Association, 2025). Additionally, 9 out of 10 restaurants are small businesses. With the current increase in ICE presence, <strong>our small restaurants are closing: out of fear, due to short staffing, due to staff being detained, and so on.</strong>

<div>This GoFundMe has been created to help some of those small businesses survive the events we are encountering in our state. <strong>The funds will be dispersed to restaurants that have directly been impacted due to increased ICE presence.</strong>
