- Kasandra and her 10-year-old daughter, Lucy, went to a USCIS appointment believing they were following the rules and moving forward in their immigration case. Instead, they were detained by ICE and suddenly deported to El Salvador. They had fled domestic violence in search of safety. They trusted the process. In one moment, everything was taken from them—their home, their stability and their family and community. Lucy lives with epilepsy. She needs consistent care and her mother with her at all times. Because of this, Kasandra cannot work far from home. But she is determined to build something of her own. Kasandra wants to train and open a small bakery so she can provide for Lucy while caring for her health needs. Let's make it happen! Your support will help with: * Safe housing * Medical care and medication for Lucy * Bakery training and startup costs * Basic necessities as they start over Kasandra and Lucy should be with us today. They are not gone because they didn’t belong—but because of hate and persecution against immigrant families. Let’s show them they are not alone. Please donate and share. ❤️

Support a Safe Home and Future for Kasandra and Lucy
6% complete - On January 24, 2026, Andrés-a hardworking day laborer from Pasadena-set out to do what he does every day: work honestly to support his family. Without warning, multiple ICE agents arrived at his job site and detained him while he was working. Andrés is a devoted husband and a loving father. He is the sole provider for his household, and his sudden detention has left his family facing unimaginable uncertainty. As Andrés now faces a long and difficult legal battle for his freedom, his loved ones are left without his income, stability, or a safety net. We are asking for your compassion and support during this painful time. Donations will help cover Andrés’s legal expenses and provide for his family’s basic needs as they struggle to get through each day without him. No contribution is too small. Every act of support brings Andrés one step closer to reuniting with his family and returning home where he belongs. Reunite Andrés with His Family
3% complete - On January 15th, our friend Kevin was taken by ICE at the day labor corner in Shoreline, WA. Kevin was one of two men abducted that day. ICE had shown up looking specifically for the other man, but they decided to grab Kevin too--a shameful "bonus" for them which abruptly ripped apart his life. Kevin is now being held at the Northwest Detention Center. He is the primary breadwinner for his wife and their young son back in Mexico. His detention means their income has stopped. His eventual deportation means a long trip from the border to his home much farther south. Kevin is not a criminal; he is a devoted husband and father. At our recent holiday gift drive for the day laborers at this hiring corner, rather than ask for a gift for himself, Kevin asked for a pair of tiny sneakers to send home to his son. (Which we got him!) Kevin is a gentle soul, and though he is much younger than most of the other day laborers at their hiring corner, he has been an integral part of the community they share with one another. His abduction has shaken the men, and Kevin's own spirits were clearly down when I visited him in detention shortly after his abduction. Pleases make a gift to support his wife and child who are impacted by the abrupt stop to their family income. You will also support his return travels, and you will give a boost to the future of this young family--the very boost that Kevin had been working so hard to accomplish amidst the risks of life as a day laborer. In sharp contrast to the cruelty which has been inflicted upon Kevin and his family by ICE's terror tactics, your gift will deliver a message of love, kindness, and care and will demonstrate your solidarity with the immigrant community. Thank you!

Help Free Fernando – An Elderly Day Laborer Detained by ICE
97% complete- On a quiet morning in Phoenix, Fernando stood outside a local Home Depot, hoping to earn a few hours of work to support his family—something he’s done for years. Instead, he was violently tackled to the ground by ICE agents. At over 60 years old, Fernando ran in fear for his life—but he didn’t get far. Fernando is a diabetic, suffers from Valley Fever (a serious illness that has left holes in his lungs), and now sits in medical isolation at the Florence Detention Center. He’s alone, terrified, and unable to see or speak with his family. He has lived in the United States for over 30 years. He has no criminal record. He is a neighbor, a father, a friend—and he’s in detention simply because of his immigration status. Now, Fernando’s family is facing a terrifying legal battle they cannot afford. With every passing day, Fernando’s health deteriorates, and his hope hangs in the balance. They urgently need legal representation to fight for his release before it’s too late. This is where you come in. We’re calling on the community to stand up for Fernando—because no one should be ripped from their family, denied medical care, or treated like a criminal for simply trying to survive. Every dollar you give goes directly toward Fernando’s legal defense and the fight to reunite him with his family. Please donate what you can. Share widely. Demand justice. #FreeFernandoNow #ICEOutOfHomeDepot
