Everybody needs a helping hand now and then and right now Phoebe and her family need our support to fight a life threatening condition 
 
MEET PHOEBE 
 
PHOEBE is a bright and brave 15 yr old who loves drawing, volleyball and is an avid gamer. She's known for her cheeky personality that brings joy to all around her. 
 
However, Phoebe is now facing the fight of her life against APLASTIC ANEMIA. 
 
WHAT IS APLASTIC ANEMIA 
 
APLASTIC ANEMIA is a rare and serious condition where the bone marrow fails to produce enough blood cells. Phoebe's diagnosis is a life threatening condition that causes fatigue, increased risk of infection, and severe bleeding. For Phoebe this means constant hospital visits and stays for blood transfusions, as well as a recent bone marrow biopsy. 
 
Phoebe's siblings Makayla and Damon are undergoing testing for the condition as well as stem cell testing to see if they might be potential donors for Phoebe. 
 
Unfortunately this is not the first time the family has dealt with a life threatening condition. Phoebe's eldest sister Brodie has Biliary Atresia and in her short 26 years has undergone 3 liver transplants, as well as receiving a kidney transplant from her mum Kel. 
 
Kel is a much loved member of the biking community, being one of the original founding members of The Red Torquettes WMC as well as being a member of the wider biking community for many decades.
