My inspiration for Blessed Table comes from a simple belief: the best parts of life happen around a dinner table. For years, I’ve been perfecting a spaghetti sauce that does more than just taste good—it brings people together. I want to share that blessing with the world. My dream is to grow this brand so it can support my family’s move to North Carolina and eventually fund a food truck that serves our new community. But to get there, I have to move from my home kitchen to a professional, licensed facility. To make this dream a reality, I’m raising funds to cover the 'Launch Phase' of Blessed Table. This isn’t just about ingredients; it’s about building the professional foundation we need to get into stores and reach more tables. The funds will help with legal and licensing fees, food science and labeling costs, and the first production run. This includes filing for an LLC, getting my Food Manager Certification, working with a co-packer to ensure our sauce is shelf-stable, creating FDA-approved nutrition labels, and producing our very first batch of jars. Every donation, no matter the size, helps me move one step closer to getting a jar of Blessed Table into your kitchen.
