Update on my scan, the scan shows. I'm healing well from surgery. There's a lot of expected inflammation in high activity around the surgical sites, which the doctor say represents normal post surgical healing. They can't completely rule out a tiny bit of residual cells because healing looks so active, but the great news is that there is no sign of active cancer in my lymph nodes. My oncology team is reviewing everything this week and will finalize a follow up plan. I'm doing OK and will update everyone after my appointments on Thursday.

Hi everyone, I wanted to give a quick update on my health. I’ve completed two rounds of chemo and radiation, but my recent bloodwork shows I still have some cancerous material to fight through. I have another critical scan coming up this Monday. I’m resting up and focusing all my energy on healing right now. I truly appreciate all your love, prayers. I have been dealing with an immense amount of stress regarding my insurance. Getting calls from them on the weekend while on vacation because I was tagged in a pic when my fam was kayaking on Lake Superior, has made me feel constantly watched and anxious about losing my support, even though my medical situation is very real. I am trying my best to focus on my healing, but the outside pressure is heavy. Thank you all for being a safe space for me
