<div>We are heartbroken to share the sudden passing of Zack at just 29 years old. Zack was a son, a brother, a friend, and someone who brought energy, loyalty, and love into every room he walked into. He had a deep love for sports and was never happier than when he was surrounded by the people he loved most. Whether it was weekends outside by the fire, playing cornhole, or just spending time with family and friends, those were the moments he lived for. He was the kind of person who would always stand up for the people he cared about- fiercely loyal, protective, and full of heart.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div> Zack grew up in Charlestown, in the Mish, where he built lifelong friendships and memories, and although he moved to Taunton a few years ago, he will always be a Charlestown Townie at heart. Zack leaves behind his loving parents, Jad and Megan, and his brothers Nick, Jacob, and Christian, along with many extended family members and friends who are devastated by this loss. Zack passed away due to a substance-related cause. His family has chosen to share this openly in hopes of bringing awareness to the ongoing drug epidemic that continues to impact so many families. If sharing his story can help even one person or family, it matters.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div> We are asking for support to help cover the costs of Zack’s funeral and memorial services, and to ease the financial burden on his family during this incredibly difficult time. Any contribution, no matter the amount, is deeply appreciated. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this page and keeping Zack’s family in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you for your love, support, and for helping us honor Zack’s life.

<div>It’s that time of year again, the best youth hockey tournament in the city. We created this tournament so the younger generation had something to look forward to instead of sitting on the sidelines at the Towne cup. All proceeds, go to the prizes for the winning teams of each bracket. There is no entry fee to the tournament so we are counting on you to help out the children and make a great weekend for them.

Your donation to this fundraiser keeps the tournament free for the kids and allows us to award the winning teams 600 dollars each in gift cards. Thank you for your continued support.

Fuel the Fun: Roller Hockey Tournament

<div>In October of 2023, Justice and Tiffani found out they were expecting identical twins. Soon after that they found out they were boys! They were set to deliver them at 36 weeks in May of 2024 making them parents to four little boys and a family of six. With this being a high risk pregnancy they were monitored very closely. At every appointment, which was almost weekly, they always received great news. Both babies were healthy and growing perfectly. Their genetic testing came back perfect, anatomy scan came back perfect, and their fetal echocardiography for both boys came back perfect.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On February 28th, Tiffani left the house for her usual Wednesday morning appointment. During this appointment it was discovered Baby B’s heartbeat was dangerously low. Less than an hour later she was being prepped and placed under general anesthesia for an emergency c-section. At 11:56AM &amp; 11:57AM, Justice and Tiffani welcomed their identical twin boys at only 26 weeks + 3 days…over three months early. Baby A was immediately taken to Yale NICU. He is stable and doing well but he has a long fight ahead of him.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It is with broken hearts we share, Baby B passed away shortly after being born. He lived for 21 minutes before entering the gates of heaven. There are absolutely no words to explain how shattered and heartbroken the Cook family is. They held him, loved on him, memorized his beautiful and perfect little face, and gave him lots of kisses before ultimately having to say goodbye to him two days later.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We ask that you please keep them in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate the unbearable loss of their son and continue to pray for their little fighter in the NICU who is expected to be there until June.

<div>Our hope in creating this GoFundMe is to help alleviate some of the stress the Cooks have had to endure at such young ages. With Justice being out of work for the foreseeable future, the unexpected and accumulating medical bills, travel, burial cost, cost of a plot and headstone for their son, etc. are adding up quickly.

<div><strong>We have reached our goal in only a few short days! We cannot thank everyone enough for their donations. This is a level of  kindness that our team has rarely seen. We appreciate each and every one of you. We just don't have the words to express the amazing feeling we have right now! Again, thank you thank you thank you!</strong><br /><br />For the first time in almost a decade, the Revere High Boys Track Team has qualified for the Nike Outdoor Nationals in the Sprint Medley Relay. The Team has won the Greater Boston League Championship and remained undefeated its entire season. Several members of the team have broken school records, won Freshmen-Sophomore States, and dominated other tournaments. The Boys Track Team’s success is attributed to its perseverance, determination, and work ethic, which is evidenced in everything the Team does.
</div>

<div>
</div>

<div>The Nike Outdoor Track Nationals are, unfortunately, held in Oregon. If the Team is going to reach the culmination of its dream, it is going to need help from the community. We have created this GoFundMe to help cover the costs of transportation and lodging for the 4 qualifying Team members and their coach. Three of these boys are Seniors and will never get this chance again. This is a positive way to represent Revere on a big stage. We hope that you will consider helping these hardworking young men reach their goal by contributing. The Team is so grateful for your help and support.

Fred Nee has been a rink manager at the Murphy Rink for 20 years and maintained the little league fields and DCR parks around South Boston. He opened the rink to the community kids to help them practice skating. Recently, Fred was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and he is in need of some funding from his South Boston family and community. Fred is currently recovering at home with his 15 year old son and girlfriend Li. He will be undergoing chemotherapy and is out of work for the foreseeable future. All support, prayers, and love requested at this time. Thank you-from Fred and the entire Nee family. <br /><br /><br />Some friends currently sponsoring Fred are Tommy McGrath, Teddy Cunniff, Robert Pacitti, Bobby Ferrara, and many more to come!

This GoFundMe has been set up to help the Overbay family as they navigate the difficult days ahead. They are suffering the unimaginable and will need all of our love and support as they prepare to say goodbye to their beautiful daughter Keira. If you can help in anyway by making a donation to ease any financial burdens they may have it would be appreciated more than you know. ❤️ <br /><br />Keira fought an unimaginable battle with AGS and although her life may not have always been easy it was filled with so much beauty. Keira’s smile lit up a room and her incredible laugh would make your heart swell! Thank you for sharing your sweet girl with all of us. She was truly a blessing. ❤️<br /><br />Our prayers continue that a cure for AGS will be found so no other families will have to lay their sweet children to rest. <br />If you would like to learn more about AGS or make a donation that will help fund treatments and further the advances towards a cure you can do so at agsamericas.org<br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/50533170_1597792019239706_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" alt="50533170_1597792019239706_r.jpeg" />This is a post from Keira’s mother, Danielle. <br /><br />“We've had so many little things going on recently, but none of them seem important anymore. <br /><br />Last night, Keira gained her angel wings. She coded at home, and was intubated in the ambulance. The staff worked for over an hour trying to bring her back, but her little body was just too tried. It was sudden, and very unexpected. Blake, Lily, and I were there with her, and two of her amazing nurses rushed down to be by our sides. She was surrounded by love...Thank you all, her amazing friends and family, who have walked this journey with us and supported, prayed for, and loved Keira every step of the way. Thank you to our nurses who are more like family to us. Keira has changed all of us for the better, and we will miss her every moment for the rest of our lives.”
