My father has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, which has spread to his kidney and stomach. This news has been devastating for our family, and we are doing everything we can to support him through this incredibly difficult journey. Watching someone you love face such a serious illness is heartbreaking, and we are trying to stay strong for him every day. 
 
 
 We are raising funds to help cover the costs of his treatment, which are quickly adding up. In addition to medical expenses, we are also preparing for the difficult reality of his passing. The funds will help us afford cremation and a respectful urn, so we can honor his memory in a way that brings us peace. Support for My Father's Cancer Battle

My name is Autumn, and I am raising funds to help with the cremation expenses for my father, David R. Harrod Jr. He was 65 years old and a proud US Army veteran who served his country with honor. A few months ago, my father became ill, and after several scans, we learned he had stage 4 lung cancer that had spread throughout his body. Because of other health issues, he was not able to receive treatment. He passed away this morning, and our family is heartbroken. 
 
 
 My father was a loving and caring father and grandfather. He always put his family first and was there for us through every challenge. His strength, kindness, and dedication to his loved ones will always be remembered. We want to honor his memory and give him the respectful farewell he deserves. 
 
 
 I am asking for help to cover the costs of his cremation, an urn, and the death certificate. Any donation, no matter the amount, will make a difference and is deeply appreciated. Thank you for your kindness and support during this difficult time.
