Naomi Batson

My name is Naomi, and I’m a basketball player with big dreams. I want to attend boarding school so I can have the chance to play Division 1 basketball, get noticed by coaches, and create a better future for myself and my mom. My mom works a 9 to 5 job and has been struggling to make ends meet, especially with how tough things have gotten lately. I want to help her by working hard, getting a great education, and using my basketball skills to open new doors for both of us. Going to boarding school would give me the opportunity to be seen by coaches I’ve never met before, and to grow as both a student and an athlete. The funds I raise will go directly toward my tuition, food, basketball expenses, and everything else I need to make this dream a reality. I’m determined to work hard and make the most of this opportunity—not just for myself, but for my mom, who has always supported me no matter what.
