They’re the dogs who’ve survived neglect, war, or simply the world’s indifference. They aren’t broken — they’re just waiting for someone to see them. That’s why we’re launching The Keegan Project — in honour of our sanctuary friend Keegan, who taught us that love doesn’t depend on adoption.
