I am a mother of two daughters, ages 12 and 13, and for the past two years, I have been homeless after I made the difficult decision to leave an abusive marriage after 14 years. Since then, I've been staying in my car, trying to save up for a safe place to live ,my children have some stability by staying at the house with their father, By far has been the most difficult decision i've ever had to make in my life! Every day is a challenge, and providing for my children while facing rising costs has made it nearly impossible to get ahead. My hope is to raise enough to secure stable housing for myself and my girls. Having a home would mean safety, comfort, and a fresh start for us. Your support will help us cover essential expenses and give my daughters the stability they deserve. It's been a struggle trying to save up after having to leave an abusive marriage. I've been staying in my car to try and save up for a place to stay, but with trying to provide for my kids and increasing prices it's been extremely difficult.
