First Approach EA Worksite Wellness LLC is an award-winning educational Worksite Wellness firm dedicated to improving the health and well-being of workplaces across our community. As the COO, I have witnessed the positive impact our programs have had on countless organizations and individuals. However, economic disparity and recent government policies have placed our firm in a position of financial hardship, threatening our ability to continue serving those who rely on us. The challenges faced by Black businesses in America are well documented, and a simple search about these issues will reveal why we are seeking your financial support at this time.

 The funds raised through this campaign will be used to cover essential operational costs, secure a one-year lease for our executive and outreach office space, and develop a paid intern program that offers meaningful employment opportunities at New York State's basic hourly rate. Additionally, continued marketing efforts are crucial to expanding our reach and ensuring that more workplaces can benefit from our services. Every dollar raised will go directly toward sustaining and growing our mission during this challenging time.
