We’re building something meaningful—step by step, with intention, heart, and a long-term vision for our family and community. This year, we’re working toward purchasing land to grow our homestead into something truly special. What started as a passion for animals, self-sufficiency, and creating a peaceful home environment is turning into a bigger mission: building a space that nourishes not just our family, but the people around us as well. At the center of this dream is our growing parrot haven. We care deeply about our birds and are committed to expanding and improving their aviary enclosures to give them the space, enrichment, and quality of life they deserve. Alongside that, we’re expanding our chicken enclosures to support a steady supply of fresh eggs—something we’re excited to share with neighbors and anyone looking for a reliable, local food source. We’re also putting a lot of love into growing our home garden. Our goal is to cultivate fresh, healthy food not only for ourselves but to give back to our community in a real, tangible way. With the right setup—irrigation systems, expanded growing space, and thoughtful planning—we know this can become something impactful. This isn’t about asking for a handout—it’s about inviting others to be part of building something real. Every bit of support helps us move closer to creating a sustainable, welcoming homestead where animals are cared for, food is grown with purpose, and community is always part of the equation.
