Support Marianne Yoors 100th birthday wish

Liefje has been my companion for many years, and she’s truly family to me. Over the past few months, she’s faced a difficult journey with what looks to be GI lymphoma. I’ve done everything I can to give her the best care possible, including spending a significant amount on exams, testing, and treatments. Unfortunately, my finances have taken a hit, and I’m now struggling to cover the costs of her final care.

 Liefje is at the point where she needs end-of-life support. I want her to spend her remaining time in comfort and dignity. The funds raised will help provide a peaceful at-home euthanasia, which is so important for her comfort since she finds vet visits incredibly stressful. They will also cover a consultation with a specialist to see if there are any last options we might consider before making the final call.

<div>Ira Joseph Segreti was born on December 19, 2025, and from the very beginning, he has shown incredible strength. During my daughter-in-law’s pregnancy, doctors discovered that Ira had two congenital heart defects. His parents were able to hold him briefly before he was taken to the NICU, where he began his brave fight. Just this morning, Ira underwent his first procedure and, thankfully, he is currently stable. Soon, he will be transferred to Boston Children’s Hospital. iwhere he can receive the specialized care he needs to continue his journey. Ira is also a little brother, and his big sister is waiting for him to come home.

The funds raised will help cover medical bills, travel expenses, and other costs that come with caring for a newborn with complex medical needs. Ira’s Brave Heart Journey

<div>Our beloved Jennifer is facing the fight of her life.

<div>At just 42 years old, Jennifer is a newlywed, a devoted mom, and someone whose happiest moments are spent outdoors with her family and her dog, Mugsy, or tending to her garden. She married the love of her life in June 2024, ready to start a new chapter filled with love, laughter, and hope for the future.

<div>But in February 2025, everything changed.

<div>What started as sciatic nerve pain led her to the emergency room. After weeks of tests and uncertainty, doctors discovered a tumor on the base of her spine. She spent two months in the hospital before finally receiving a heartbreaking diagnosis: Stage 4 metastatic undifferentiated carcinoma.

<div>The cancer has left Jennifer unable to use her right leg, drastically altering her day-to-day life. She can no longer do the simple things that we take for granted such as bathing, dressing, cooking for her family, cleaning, getting to her doctor’s appointments, or work.

<div>Despite these challenges, Jennifer continues to fight with incredible strength and grace. Her workplace has gone above and beyond to support her, helping her keep her paychecks for as long as possible—but as anyone who has faced a cancer diagnosis knows, the costs add up quickly. Time and money are running low, and the weight of mounting medical bills is growing heavier by the day.

Support Jennifer's Fight Against Cancer

D'Janeira Mason, 12, of Van Buren Street died tragically on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020, at her home. Born Sept. 5, 2008 in Kingston; she is the daughter of Aleshia Keener and the late Kevin Mason. A seventh grade student at J. Watson Bailey Middle School, D’Janeira was such a loving and bubbly girl, adored by so many people! There was never a day that went by that she wasn’t helping anywhere she could. She was known to always cheer up her siblings if they were having a bad day, and if she had something she was always offering to share it! Djae had a special softness about her and it made all children love her! She had recently took up babysitting for a close friend of the family and had dreams of being a teacher. Djae loved hanging out with her siblings and friends. She especially enjoyed her strawberry banana smoothies and eating Takis, but most of all making her tiktok videos... In addition to her mother, D'Janeria is survived by her step father, Christopher Mangrum and her siblings, Danaela Mason, Dalani Mason, Dasane Mason, Myla Mangrum, My’Leigh Mangrum, Ma’Jesti Mangrum, Markeya Trueluck, Asianae Infante, Nyasia Orr, Chade Mason, Yan Mason, Zaid Mason, Jason Wallace and Chai-Ann Wallace; her grandfather, Timothy Keener. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Pre-deceased by her loving father Kevin Kunta Mason. 

I, (Chadé Mason), am her older sister and created the gofundme to raise the funds for D’jae to have the best going away as possible. We are extremely grateful for the outpouring of the community. We never expected the fundraiser to go this far due to the nature of the crime and the seriousness of it. We plan to use the extra funds for the rest of my siblings for Christmas, clothes and housing items because they left everything behind. Now we’re hoping a new beginning will help the rest of my younger siblings start moving on in their life. My two little brothers are staying with a family friend named Shannah Drake who has been a tremendous help in this terrible tragedy. She is a beneficiary of this fundraiser and together we will ensure that the funds are used to give my baby sister a beautiful send off and the for the remaining siblings and a better opportunity for their future.
