My name is Shay and I am the cousin of Marcus McNealy. Our family is devastated by a tragic and senseless loss of our beloved cousin on July 5, 2026 at 12:45 AM. He was only 41 years old and was taken from us in Wichita Kansas. While trying to do the right thing ,he stepped in to help de-escalate a situation in which a man was assaulting women and in the process, he lost his life. He leaves behind three children who are now being cared for by their aunt. Our family is doing everything we can to support them through this heartbreaking loss. Unfortunately, he did not have life insurance, and we are now facing unexpected funeral and transportation expenses. Our greatest wish is to bring him home to McGee Arkansas, so he can be laid to rest surrounded by his mother and other loved ones of our family. We are asking for any support you can provide whether through a donation or by sharing this fundraiser with others. Every contribution helps us honor his life, bring him home, and ease some of the financial burden on our grieving family.
