It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Lyle (Stumpy) Foster, who left us peacefully on November 29, 2025. Stumpy was the light in so many lives—someone who loved deeply, made everyone laugh, and touched everyone he met. His loss has left a void that can never truly be filled. As our family navigates this heartbreaking time, we are doing our best to plan a funeral and celebration of life that reflects the love, kindness, and strength that Stumpy brought into the world.

Unfortunately, the sudden nature of this loss has brought unexpected financial challenges for Marysue, Stumpy’s beloved spouse. We are creating this GoFundMe to ask for support with funeral and memorial service expenses, as well as to help Marysue during this difficult transition. Any amount, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference. If you are unable to donate, sharing this page is also truly appreciated.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who has reached out with love, prayers, and condolences. Your support helps us stay strong during this incredibly painful time.
