My name is Cesar Paredes. I'm a former US Army service member. I served for 9 years and 2 months. I'm currently 100% service-connected disabled. I'm requesting assistance regarding unexpected expenses in my life. I'm a husband and father of 3 little kids, working 7 days a week with 2 jobs to cover the necessities of the home since my wife has current medical heart conditions (currently she's been hospitalized). I've been dealing with a high risk of suicide and chronic depression for a long time. During my life, I've made 5 suicide attempts (most recently two weeks ago). I'm looking for help to at least have some relief in my life and be able to provide a better quality of life for my family. Hospitalization (2 days): $17,960 Emergency room visit: $578.40
