While walking my dog, I noticed scattered kittens that didn’t look well. I brought my dog back home and went back to check on them. One didn’t look too well, so I took it home to bathe and seek medical help. Poor baby had flea anemia and didn’t make it 48 hrs. I was devastated, but I found acceptance knowing he left in the warm arms of someone who loved him and Zeus(Zeusy) was properly buried. I started going back to feed the others and reaching out on social media for help. The man whose yard the babies were in was refusing to give them up, but they were dying from lack of nutrition, proper care, and medical attention. I urged him along with a woman I met who does rescues to let us help them. He finally released them after 2 more crossed over. Now, we need help to get these babies medical help to give them a chance of survival and possibility of living a good life with their forever family. They are survivors with a story to tell already at such a young age.
