Hello Everyone, We are reaching out to the public for help in this matter because my husband is fighting to get equal rights for his daughter. More recently this time around it started on December 26th 2025. School Christmas Break, We picked up my daughter like we always did, when her mother did inform me that my daughter had a dentist appointment. Which for whatever reason she always scheduled my daughter's appointments during my scheduled visitation time which I have always kept. A week after I have my daughter, My daughters mother messages me and informs me that I Will Not be keeping my daughter for my scheduled Christmas break. While normally I would agree and just give in to her demands because this is what she usually does. This Christmas break i wanted my time with my daughter and told her no. That this was my time to have her Christmas break and that I would pick her up again after her dentist appointment. After some time, of going back and forth with her, she finally agreed. So reluctantly we dropped her off with her mother hugged her and told my daughter that we would see her later. A couple of hours go by and we go to pick her up after thinking ok we havent heard anything from her mother, so we will just head on over to a near by park and wait. mind you we did have our 2 smaller boys with us. I messaged her very politely, told her we were waiting at a nearby park to pick her back up, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, I got no response from my daughters mother. We waited at the park for hours and Finally, we realized that she lied to us, that she had never intended on letting my daughter come back with us after her appointment. So we came home. At 2 am My daughters mother messages us saying that I will Not be getting my daughter anymore, that she wants to take me back to court to revise the visitation order because she fears MY ONLY daughter! My princess, is in danger at my home... This took me by surprise, Ive Never once heard anything like this, nor has my daughter or any of my children ever been in danger at our home. I am married to a great woman who loves my baby girl just as much as I do. We Have 4 sons.... 18, 16, 4, 3 all of which have never been harmed at our home. I advised her that i have no problem with her taking me back to court because I have never done anything wrong to my children, so we can go. however I also told her that I will not give up on trying to get my daughter. We have been going every 1st, 3rd, and 5th weekend of the month to try and get my daughter, but her mother continues to keep her from me. Every time we go to try and pick her up, the cops are then called. so we file a report, and everytime cameron countys finest advises that There is nothing they can do we must take her back to court. Even though we have updated paperwork dated January 8, 2026, the police still won't do anything. All I have ever wanted was just MY time with my baby girl. Nothing more Nothing Less. I mean of course id love more time with her but that is a problem. With that being said, We have taken it upon ourselves to speak to a lawyer who will take our case, however we need to come up with the retainer fee and his hourly rate. I am a U.S. Army Veteran; I served my country with honor, Ive been through alot of different things in my life including the Afghanistan war, but never did he think I would have to face a war at home to just see my daughter. All I can do as her father is stay consistent and not give up. Its been 5 months and I am out of options, hiring a lawyer is my only hope. If anyone can find it in their hearts to donate to my cause I would be forever greatful Thank you for taking the time to read My story. The Salazar family
