Hi, my name is Lewis, and I’m starting this fundraiser in the hope of creating a more stable, peaceful, and affordable way of living for myself. For a long time I’ve struggled with both my mental and physical health, which has made normal day-to-day life and working consistently very difficult. Over the years I’ve realised that being outdoors, travelling, and spending time in nature are some of the only things that truly help me feel calm, motivated, and mentally free. One thing I’ve always dreamed of is owning and converting a van into a simple camper so I can travel, live more independently, and have a safe place I can escape to when life becomes overwhelming. My goal isn’t luxury — it’s freedom, stability, and a healthier lifestyle. The cost of living keeps getting harder, and having a van I can slowly build into a livable space would help me save money, reduce stress, and give me the chance to experience life in a way that genuinely improves my wellbeing. It would also allow me to travel to peaceful places, reconnect with nature, and focus on improving my mental and physical health. I’m asking for help because right now I’m not financially able to make this happen alone. Every donation, no matter how small, would go towards buying a reliable van and converting it into a basic but comfortable living space with essentials like insulation, a bed setup, storage, and simple cooking facilities. Even if you can’t donate, sharing this fundraiser would honestly mean a lot to me.
