Many of the kids in Jim’s apartment complex and the single mothers raising them are facing daily struggles that often go unseen. Families are doing their best, but basic needs like clothes, shoes, groceries, gas, daycare, and help with bills can be hard to keep up with. Jim sees these challenges every day and knows how painful it is to watch neighbors struggle and not always be able to do more. That is why Jim is creating this fundraiser as a unity of community. The hope is to bring people together to support families nearby who need a little extra help getting through hard times. Donations will go toward easing some of the pressure these mothers and children face, helping provide essentials and a bit more stability in their daily lives. I lost my job and am struggling to buy food and pay bills. It’s been incredibly hard to watch my family go through this, especially knowing how much my kids have had to go without. Every day is a challenge, and I worry about how I’ll provide the basics for them—meals, clothes, and a safe place to call home. The stress of not knowing if I can keep the lights on or put food on the table has been overwhelming, and it’s taken a toll on all of us. Your support would mean the world to us.
