My name is Miriam, and I am reaching out because I am facing some serious challenges with my health and transportation. When I walk even a couple of blocks, I have to stop and catch my breath, my legs go numb, and my whole body is in constant pain. Getting to the hospital or my medical appointments is a struggle, especially since my current car overheats and is unreliable. Sometimes the pain is so severe that I can barely make it to the emergency room, and I don’t have the money for taxis when I need them most. I have many local medical appointments that are essential for my health, but my insurance only helps with out-of-town appointments. For those, I can get a taxi ride, but for all my local appointments, I am on my own. Not having reliable transportation makes it so much harder to take care of myself and get the care I need. I am trying to raise money to get a car I can trust, so I can get to my appointments safely and without the constant worry of my car breaking down or overheating. First and foremost I hope and pray that God makes a way for me and having faith makes a difference. I hope and pray if anyone can help me out of the kindness of their hearts, it's greatly appreciated. It would mean the world to me and I just want to say thank you.
My name is Miriam, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing some of the hardest challenges of my life. Recently, my car and my beloved dog were stolen, and not long after, I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. As if that wasn’t enough, I’ve now discovered a mass on my right breast and am in severe pain every day. I tried to get back on my feet by buying a cheap car, but it constantly overheats and just a couple of weeks ago, someone crashed into me, making things even harder. On top of all this, I’m struggling to find stable, permanent housing while living on a fixed income. The stress of not knowing where I’ll live or how I’ll get to my medical appointments is overwhelming. I’m also a survivor of rape, and the weight of everything I’m facing sometimes feels unbearable. But I’m doing my best to keep going and to ask for help when I need it most. Having a reliable car would mean I could get to my appointments and take care of my health without the constant fear of breaking down. Permanent housing would give me the stability and peace of mind I desperately need to focus on healing. I greatly appreciate anything anyone can help me with. God bless you and thank you for your prayers too.
My name is Miriam, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing some serious health and transportation challenges. It all started when I developed a cyst on my ovary. I was scheduled for surgery, but due to discrimination, I never received the care I needed. Since then, my health has gotten worse—I now have a mass on my right breast and experience severe pain every day. On top of that, I run out of breath quickly, which makes daily life even more difficult. To make things even harder, my car has started overheating and is no longer reliable. Without dependable transportation, it’s nearly impossible for me to get to my medical appointments and take care of my health. Every day feels like an uphill battle, and I’m doing my best to stay hopeful and keep moving forward. I’m asking for help so I can get the transportation I need to attend my appointments and focus on my recovery. I would like to thank anyone who supports me, even if it’s only through prayer. Your kindness and generosity mean the world to me, and I am truly grateful for any support you can offer.
