My father, my best friend, is an 85-year-old Navy Veteran who has always put his family first. He worked hard his whole life, went through brain surgery, and helped raise his grandchildren with love and patience. Now, after suffering a devastating stroke, he is in the hospital, fighting for his life. Watching him struggle and knowing that I may lose him soon has been heartbreaking beyond words. I have been off work for over a month, traveling back and forth from Kingman, Arizona to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada, just to be with him. The emotional pain and financial strain are overwhelming. We are facing mounting medical bills, household expenses, and the reality of final costs as my father’s condition worsens. Every day is a challenge, and I am doing everything I can to support him and our family during this impossible time. I am reaching out to friends, family, and our community for help.
